Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i uslug oraz dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej przedsiebiorstwa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna, zapewniajaca skuteczne jej od- dzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci pro- dukcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przed- stawiajacym widok ekspozycyjny znaku graficznego. The essence of the industrial design is the word and graphic composition, ensuring its effective impact on observers, making them potential customers in the conducted production, service and commercial activity. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material presenting an exhibition view of the graphic sign. The graphic sign according to the industrial design is a graphic element made of a rectangular element in blue, on the background of which are placed word and graphic elements containing the word "PLUSMETKOM" and the word "METAL" placed under the word "METKOM", and three square elements in white under the word "PLUS". The word "PLUSMETKOM" is written in large, bold printed letters, with the "PLUS" segment being blue and the "METKOM" segment being white, and against the background of the letters of both segments there are horizontal and parallel blue lines. In turn, the word "METAL" is also written in stylized large letters, but much thinner and in white. Essential features of the industrial design The graphic mark according to the industrial design, as shown in the attached illustration material, is characterised in that: - it consists of a graphic element made of a rectangular element in blue, against the background of which there are word and graphic elements containing the word "PLUSMETKOM" and the word "METAL" placed under the word "METKOM", and under the word "PLUS" three square elements in white, whereby the word "PLUSMETKOM" is written in large, bold printed letters, while its "PLUS" part is blue and the "METKOM" part is white, while against the background of the letters of these two parts there are horizontal and parallel lines in blue, while the word "METAL" is also written in stylised large letters, but much thinner and in white.
