Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i uslug oraz dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej przedsiebiorstwa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna, zapewniajaca skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku z przodu wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4, piata odmiane na fig. 5, szósta odmiane na fig. 6, siódma odmiane na fig. 7, ósma na fig. 8, dziewiata na fig. 9, a dziesiata na fig. 10. Napis, wraz z rozdzielajaca go gwiazda, od dolu i z prawej strony otoczony jest wycinkiem elipsy. Calosc umieszczona jest na prostokatnym lub eliptycznym tle o proporcjach szerokosci do wysokosci 32:10. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze gwiazda jest koloru zóltego, a napis „KEBAB STAR", wycinek okregu wokól gwiazdy, obrys gwiazdy, wycinek elipsy wokól napisu, sa koloru czerwonego i sa umieszczone na prostokatnym tle koloru szarego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma kompozycje slowno-graficzna zasadniczo jak w pierwszej odmianie, przy czym zawiera elementy graficzne w postaci napisu „STAR KEBAB", rozdzielonych siedmioramienna gwiazda, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. The essence of an industrial design is a verbal and graphic composition, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers in production, commercial and service activities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which is also a collective list of all variants of the industrial design presented in a front view, and the numbering of the industrial design variants corresponds to the numbering of the figures in the collective summary. And so: the first variant is shown in Fig. 1, the second variant in Fig. 2, the third variant in Fig. 3, the fourth variant in Fig. 4, the fifth variant in Fig. 5, the sixth variant in Fig. 6, the seventh variant in Fig. 7, the eighth in Fig. 8, the ninth in Fig. 9, and the tenth in Fig. 10. Essential features of an industrial design A graphic sign according to an industrial design has the essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it contains graphic elements in the form of the inscription "KEBAB STAR ", or "STAR KEBAB", written in capital letters. The words "KEBAB" and "STAR" are separated by an isosceles polygon in the form of a seven-pointed star. The star is surrounded from the top and on the left by a circle. The inscription, together with the star separating it, is surrounded from the bottom and right side by a segment of an ellipse. The whole thing is placed on a rectangular or elliptical background with a width to height ratio of 32:10. The first variant of the graphic sign has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the star is yellow and the inscription "KEBAB STAR", the section of the circle around the star, the outline of the star, the section of the ellipse around the inscription, are red and placed on a rectangular gray background. , as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1.
