Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i uslug oraz dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej przedsiebiorstwa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna, zapewniajaca skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stanowiacym jednoczesnie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku z przodu wszystkich odmian wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, trzecia odmiane na fig. 3, czwarta odmiane na fig. 4, piata odmiane na fig. 5, szósta odmiane na fig. 6, siódma odmiane na fig. 7, ósma na fig. 8, dziewiata na fig. 9, a dziesiata na fig. 10. Calosc umieszczona jest na prostokatnym lub eliptycznym tle o proporcjach szerokosci do wysokosci 32:10. The essence of the industrial design is a verbal and graphic composition, ensuring effective influence on observers, making them potential customers in the conducted production, commercial and service activity. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which is also a collective list of all the varieties of the industrial design presented in the front view, where the numbering of the varieties of the industrial design corresponds to the numbering of figures in the collective list. And so: the first variety is shown in fig. 1, the second variety in fig. 2, the third variety in fig. 3, the fourth variety in fig. 4, the fifth variety in fig. 5, the sixth variety in fig. 6, the seventh variety in fig. 7, the eighth in fig. 8, the ninth in fig. 9, and the tenth in fig. 10. Essential features of an industrial design The graphic mark according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it contains graphic elements in the form of the inscription "KEBAB STAR", or "STAR KEBAB", written in capital letters. The words "KEBAB" and "STAR" are separated by an isosceles polygon in the form of a seven-pointed star. The star is surrounded on the top and left side by a segment of a circle. The inscription, together with the star dividing it, is surrounded on the bottom and right side by a segment of an ellipse. The whole thing is placed on a rectangular or elliptical background with a width to height proportion of 32:10. The first version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that the star is yellow, and the inscription "KEBAB STAR", the segment of the circle around the star, the outline of the star, the segment of the ellipse around the inscription, are red and placed on a rectangular grey background, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition substantially like the first version, while it contains graphic elements in the form of the inscription "STAR KEBAB", separated by a seven-pointed star, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition substantially like the first version, while the colour of the letters forming the inscription "KEBAB STAR", the same as the segment The circle around the star and the segment of the ellipse around the inscription are grey in colour, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 3.
