Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i us lug oraz dzia lalno sci produkcyjnej, us lugowej i handlowej przedsi ebiorstwa. Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest kompozycja s lowno-graficzna, zapewniaj aca skuteczne od- dzia lywanie na obserwatorów, czyni ac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzia lalno sci pro- dukcyjnej, handlowej i us lugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego uwidoczniono na za laczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, stano- wi acym jednocze snie zbiorcze zestawienie przedstawionych w widoku z przodu wszystkich odmian wzoru przemys lowego, przy czym numeracja odmian wzoru przemys lowego odpowiada numeracji figur na zbiorczym zestawieniu. The essence of an industrial design is its verbal and graphic composition, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers in the conducted production, commercial, and service activities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which also constitutes a collective list of all the variants of the industrial design presented in a front view, with the numbering of the variants of the industrial design corresponding to the numbering of the figures in the collective list. And so: the first variant e is presented in Fig. 1, the second variant e in Fig. 2, the third variant e in Fig. 3, the fourth variant e in Fig. 4, the fifth variant e in Fig. 5, the sixth variant e in Fig. 6, the seventh variant e in Fig. 7, the eighth in Fig. 8, the ninth in Fig. 9, and the tenth in Fig. 10. Essential features of an industrial design The graphic mark according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it contains graphic elements in the form of a crown with five vertices topped with five-pointed stars, where the central vertex is the highest, in the lower part of the crown there is an arc in the background color situated parallel above the base of the crown, and under the crown there are graphic elements in the form of stylized capital letters forming the words "KEBAB KING" in one line. The first variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the quadrilateral surface is a green rectangle with a longer base, on which there are graphic elements in the form of a centrally located yellow crown with five vertices topped with five-pointed stars, the central vertex being the highest, in the lower part of the crown there is an arc in the background color situated parallel to the base of the crown, and under the crown there are graphic elements in the form of red capital letters forming the inscription "KEBAB KING" in one line. The height of the letters is 25%, and the crown is 50% of the length of the shorter side of the rectangle, these letters are written in a stylized red font and have a dominant character in the mark, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition essentially like the first version, whereby under the crown there are graphic elements in the form of red capital letters forming the inscription "KING KEBAB" in one line, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The third version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it has a word-graphic composition essentially like the first version, whereby under the crown there are graphic elements in the form of red capital letters forming the inscription "KEBAP KING" in one line, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 3. The ninth variant of the graphic mark has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that on the white surface there are graphic elements in the form of a centrally located yellow crown with five peaks topped with five-pointed stars, with the central peak being the highest, in the lower part of the crown there is a white arc situated parallel to the base of the crown, and under the crown there are graphic elements in the form of red large letters forming the inscription "KEBAB KING" on one line. These letters are written in a stylized red font and have a dominant character in the mark, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 9.
