The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition, enhanced by the symbol's colors, ensuring an effective impact on observers and residents of the local community, making them potential participants who actively cooperate with the election committee during the election period, as well as taking part in various meetings or conferences related to current issues of co-management and local development of production, trade, and service activities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, which shows a frontal view of the graphic symbol's display area. The graphic symbol has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it presents a set of words "Wol e Wejherowo ELECTORAL COMMITTEE", written vertically. At the top there is the word "Wol e" written in italics, in a very thick line, in lowercase letters with the first capital letter "W", in a decorative font. Below the word "Wole", there is the word "Wejherowo", written in a very thick line, in lowercase letters with the first capital letter "W" and the last letter "O" being in the plane of the letter "e" of the word "Wol e". Under the word "Wejherowo", on the section from the letters "erowo" of the word "Wejherowo", there is a set of words "KOMITET WYBORCZY" written in a thin line in capital letters. Between the words "Wol e" and "Wejherowo", there is a graphic composition of the mark presenting a stylized wave, with variable width, with gradually decreasing surface endings constituting the ends of the blade, with the word "Wole" located above the right part of the wave outline. In the left part of the wave, above the beginning of the word "Wejherowo", there is a heart-shaped surface, separated from the wave surface on both sides by gaps. The front part of the mark is the outline of a frame with an open right side and a base with arcuate corners that transition to a sharp point in the center, stylizing the shape of a shield, marked with a medium-thick line. The inner space of the frame contains the front part of the mark's verbal-graphic composition, encompassing a fragment of a wave, including the surface of a heart and the set of letters "Wejh" of the word "Wejherowo." The upper arm of the frame is located in the plane of the upper edges of the letters of the word "Wole" and reaches to the beginning of the letter "W." The composition of the graphic mark is dominated by the words "Wole" and "Wejherowo," whose suggestive effect is intensified by the visual composition of the mark separating the words.
