Nowosc i oryginalnosc znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych rozwiazan przejawia sie w ukladzie stylizowanych liter, linii, konturów i ksztalcie elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal im rysunkach, na których przedstawiono widok znaku graficznego w pieciu odmianach pokazanych na fig. 1, fig.2, fig.3, fig. 4 i fig.5. PLOpole 2009.05.04 Graphic Mark. The industrial design is a new form of graphic mark used for marking and/or labeling clothing and decorating clothing packaging. The novelty and originality of the graphic mark based on the industrial design, in relation to known solutions, is manifested in the arrangement of stylized letters, lines, contours, and the shape of decorative elements. The industrial design is presented in drawings, which present a view of the graphic mark in five variations shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The first variant of the graphic mark contains an inscription in stylized letters Angelika, in which in the background of the letter g there is an image of a fruit with a loaf and a leaf, and the letters A, n, e, l, i, k, a have an underlined line as shown in Fig. 1. The second variant of the graphic mark contains an inscription in stylized letters Angelika, in which in the background of the letter g there is an image of a fruit with a loaf and a leaf, and the letters A, n, e, l, i, k, a have an underlined line, under which the inscription KOMFORT ELEGANCJA is placed as shown in Fig. 2. The third variant of the graphic mark contains an inscription in stylized letters Angelika, in which in the background of the letter g there is an image of a fruit with a loaf and a leaf, and the letters A, n, e, l, i, k, a have an underlined line, under which the inscription KOMFORT ELEGANCJA is placed. The line underlining the inscription is the upper part of the frame in which there is an image of the torso and legs in underwear, below there is a belt and information inscriptions as shown in fig. 3. The fourth variant of the graphic symbol has an inscription in stylized letters Angelika, in which in the background of the letter g there is an image of a fruit with a stem and a leaf, and the letters A, n, e, l, i, k, a are underlined by a line under which there is the inscription COLUMBUS U l. The line emphasizing the inscription forms the upper part of the frame containing the inscriptions and information signs, and below that, another frame with information signs and inscriptions, as shown in Fig. 4. The fifth version of the graphic symbol features the inscription in stylized letters "Angelica," with the letter "g" featuring an image of a fruit with a stem and leaf, and the letters "A," "n," "e," "l," "i," "k," and "a" underlined by a line, beneath which the inscription "COMFORT ELEGANCE" appears. Below that, a stripe and information signs appear. The entire design is enclosed by a frame in the shape of an image of a fruit with a stem and leaf, as shown in Fig. 5. The essential features of the industrial design are the graphic arrangement of the letters, lines, and the image of a fruit with a stem and leaf.
