Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do oznaczania towarów i uslug oraz dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, uslugowej i handlowej przedsiebiorstwa, w szczególnosci do nanoszenia na róznych materialach i wyrobach z nich, w tym na opakowaniach wyrobów oraz prze- znaczony do wykorzystywania we wszelkich wizualnych srodkach reklamowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest kompozycja slowno-graficzna, zapewniajaca skuteczne od- dzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci pro- dukcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego przejawia sie w jego grafice z towarzyszacymi napisami oraz kolorystyce, co nadaje mu in- dywidualny charakter, wyrózniajacy go sposród innych znaków tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w materiale ilustracyjnym, na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie na rysunku zbiorczym przedstawiono znak w czterech jego odmianach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane znaku graficznego w postaci kucharza w widoku od przodu z bluza koloru czerwonego i z napisem „Mr Kuchar", fig. 2 - druga odmiane tego znaku obrazujaca postac kucharza w widoku od przodu z bluza koloru czerwonego i z napisem „Pan Kuchar", fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane tego znaku obrazujaca takze postac kucharza w widoku od przodu z bluza koloru granatowego i z napisem „Mr Kuchar", a fig. 4 - odmiane czwarta znaku w postaci kucharza w widoku od przodu z bluza koloru granatowego i z napisem „Pan Kuchar". Znak graficzny wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania, pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 przedstawia stylizowana, wielokolorowa postac kucharza, który ma czerwona bluze z czarnymi cieniami zapinana na trzy biale guziki, biale spodnie z szarymi cieniami, ciemno-szare buty i biala apaszke z czarnymi cieniami. Kucharz ma rozlozone na boki rece, w dloniach trzyma nóz i widelec w kolorze bialym z szarymi cieniami, ma czarne sumiaste wasy i czarne kropki z biala otoczka imituja- ce oczy. Dlonie kucharza i twarz z szarymi cieniami jest w kolorze jasnego bezu. Na glowie kucharz ma biala czapke kucharska z szarymi cieniami z umieszczonym na niej napisem „MrK" granatowymi literami napisanymi stylizowana czcionka, w którym litery „M" i „K" sa duzymi literami alfabetu. The essence of the industrial design is the word-graphic composition, ensuring effective influence on observers, making them potential customers in the conducted production, commercial and service activity. The new and original form of the graphic sign according to the industrial design is manifested in its graphics with accompanying inscriptions and colors, which gives it an individual character, distinguishing it from other signs of this type and/or purpose. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material, in the attached drawings, where the collective drawing presents the mark in four of its varieties, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variety of the graphic mark in the form of a cook in a front view with a red sweatshirt and the inscription "Mr. Kuchar", Fig. 2 - the second variety of this mark depicting the figure of a cook in a front view with a red sweatshirt and the inscription "Pan Kuchar", Fig. 3 - the third variety of this mark also depicting the figure of a cook in a front view with a navy blue sweatshirt and the inscription "Mr. Kuchar", and Fig. 4 - the fourth variety of the mark in the form of a cook in a front view with a navy blue sweatshirt and the inscription "Pan Kuchar". The graphic sign according to the first version of its execution, shown in the attached drawing fig. 1, shows a stylized, multi-colored figure of a cook, who has a red blouse with black shadows fastened with three white buttons, white trousers with gray shadows, dark gray shoes and a white scarf with black shadows. The cook has his arms spread out to the sides, in his hands he holds a white knife and fork with gray shadows, he has a black bushy mustache and black dots with a white surround imitating eyes. The cook's hands and face with gray shadows are in the color of light beige. On his head, the cook wears a white chef's hat with grey shadows and the inscription "MrK" in navy blue letters written in a stylised font, in which the letters "M" and "K" are capital letters of the alphabet. The shadows suggest the three-dimensionality of the cook. The figure of the cook is underlined by a curved, bold black line, under which the two-word inscription "Mr Kuchar" is placed horizontally in navy blue letters written in a stylised font, in which the letters "M" and "K" are capital letters of the alphabet. The graphic sign according to the second version of its design, shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2, also presents a stylized, multi-colored figure of a cook with the features of the sign according to the first version shown in Fig. 1. The difference between these two signs is only that in the second version of this sign, under the curved, bold black line, there is a horizontally placed two-word inscription "Pan Kuchar" in navy blue letters written in a stylized font, in which the letters "P" and "K" are capital letters of the alphabet. The graphic sign according to the third version of its design, shown in drawing Fig. 3, also presents a stylized, multi-colored figure of a cook with similar features to the sign according to the first version shown in Fig. 1. The difference between these two signs is only that in the third version of this sign, the cook has a navy blue blouse. The graphic sign according to the fourth version of its design, shown in drawing Fig. 4, also presents a stylized, multi-colored figure of a cook with similar features to the mark according to the first variant shown in fig. 1. The difference between these two marks is that in the fourth variant of this mark, the cook has a navy blue blouse, and under the curved, bold black line there is a horizontally placed two-word inscription "Pan Kuchar" in navy blue letters written in a stylized font, in which the letters "P" and "K" are capital letters of the alphabet.
