Znak ma forme kola z granatowym oczkiem w srodku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy, a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola zamiesz- czony jest napis „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor granat. Po prawej stronie, ponizej szarfy zielonej i czerwonej, ulozony jest emblemat w ksztalcie kola „Wysmienite mieso wieprzowe", przy czym powyzszy napis umieszczony jest na obwodzie kola, a w srodku znajduje sie rysunek prosiaka z zakreconym ogonkiem. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and colour of its individual decorative elements, aimed at attractive display and advertising of the product under the name "Shin with pork pepper". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached coloured illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design is intended to be placed on a foil cover in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically. The background of the rectangular graphic design is white, decorated with green peppercorns irregularly scattered over the surface of the entire rectangle. The composition of the graphic design consists of the word "Duda", the letters are white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (the element has been registered for protection as trademark Z-429542), below the name of the product "Szynkowa z pepperem wiewcza" is incorporated. The word "Szynkowa" is written in a stylized font, the letters are navy blue, the term "z pepperem" is placed on a green ribbon slightly bent into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse, the letters are white. Right under the green ribbon, equally bent into an arc, there is a red ribbon with the inscription "wieprzowa", the letters are white. On the left side of the ribbon there is the internal symbol of the product quality, which marks the most valuable products of the Company - "Safety Certificate A*" referring to certificates issued by external certifying institutions. The sign has the form of a circle with a navy blue eye in the middle, in which the letter "A" with an asterisk (*) is placed, the letter and star are white, and around the eye, on the circumference of the circle, there is the inscription "Safety Certificate", the letters in a standard font, navy blue. On the right side, below the green and red ribbons, there is a circular emblem "Excellent pork", with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle, and in the middle there is a drawing of a piglet with a curled tail. The inscription and the drawing of the piglet are in red. Slices of the product are placed under the ribbons.
