The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Poultry Ham with Added Pork." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new graphic design, in the form of a rectangle, is intended for placement on a foil casing, which is in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically one after the other. The background of the graphic design is white, with the exception of red streaks in streamlined shapes placed at the right and left edges of the design, and light gray streaks running diagonally from right to left. The graphic design includes the word "Duda," the letters white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the product name, "Szynka drobiowa z dopadiem wienowy," composed into three lines. The word "Szynka" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters navy blue. In the background of the word "Szynka" in navy blue and in the background of the ellipse with the word "Duda," the word "Szynka" is repeated so that it fills the upper space of the pattern. It is written in an identical font to the word "Szynka" in navy blue, but the letters are larger and written in light red, blending gently into the white background. Below these words is a red ribbon with the word "drobiowa" (poultry), the letters are white, and below it a second, narrower, yellow ribbon with the word "z przyjączki" (with the addition of pork), the letters are navy blue. The symbol is a circle with a dark navy blue center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*). The letter and star are white, and around the center, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate" in a standard font and dark navy blue. Below the ribbons, on a slice of bread with a light brown crust, decorated with a green lettuce leaf, are slices of ham. To the right of the slices, next to small pickled cucumbers, is a circular emblem reading "Delicate poultry meat," with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle, and in the center is an image of a chicken. The inscription and the image of a chicken are yellow.
