The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Sapieha Ham." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design applied cyclically. The background of the graphic design is a non-uniform composition of colored spots of purple and orange of varying saturation, from light in the center of the design to dark at the edges. For example, on the right edge of the design, a purple spot is applied towards the center, fading into light purple, while on the left edge, the graphic design's background is orange, with blurred color transitions. Against this background are verbal and graphic elements: the word "Duda," in white letters, within a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the product name "Szynka Sapiehy," and the information "poultry with added pork." The word "Szynka" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, with the letters dark navy blue. The word "Sapiehy" is placed on a dark purple ribbon, with the letters white. Just below the dark purple ribbon, curved into an arch, is an orange ribbon with the words "poultry with added pork" written on it, the letters are dark navy blue. The ribbons partially cover three rolled slices of ham. The slices are mounted on a skewer. Next to the product are a cucumber slice, a sprig of mint, and pieces of purple lettuce. Below the slices, on the dark purple ribbon, is the two-line inscription "juicy, exceptionally aromatic consistency," written in white. On the slices of the product, under the letters "Szynka" (Szynka), is the company's in-house quality symbol, which marks the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to certificates issued by external certification bodies.
