The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Ani's Fillet." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing, which takes the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design applied cyclically. The graphic design is in the shape of an asymmetrical, stylized heart. The background of the graphic design is white with irregular clouds at the upper right edge, where the clouds are light green fading to light yellow. The composition of the graphic design includes the word "Duda" at the top, the letters white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse, in three lines, is the name of the product "Poledwica Ani drobiowa z pomocniem wienowy" (Ani's poultry sirloin with added pork), where the word "Poledwica" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters dark navy blue, along a line slightly bent into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse. The word "Ani" is placed on a red ribbon, slightly bent with the right end upwards, the letters white. Under the red ribbon with the word "Ani" there is a second, narrower, yellow ribbon placed parallel to it, with the inscription "drobiowa z pomocniem wienowy" (poultry sirloin with added pork), the letters navy blue. On the left side of the sashes is a product quality symbol, which the company uses to mark its most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," which refers to certificates issued by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a dark navy blue center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*). The letter and star are white. Around the center, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in a standard font and dark navy blue. Below the sashes are slices of tenderloin. To the right of the slices, next to light green mint leaves and a yellow pepper pod, is a circular emblem reading "Delicate Poultry Meat," with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle and a picture of a chicken in the center. The inscription and the image of the chicken are in yellow. The bottom of the graphic pattern in the shape of a stylized heart is filled with a red ribbon with the information written in two lines "delicate chicken meat", the letters are white.
