The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "De Lux Canned Pork Flavor." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new rectangular graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing, which has the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design applied cyclically. The background of the graphic design is non-uniform, ranging from dark red, almost brown on the left edge, to red on the right edge of the design. The composition of the graphic design consists of the word "Duda", the letters are white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the name of the product, "Smakus canned pork DE LUX". The word "Smakus" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, written with a stick, the letters are gold. The term "conserved" is also written on the ribbon in gold, the letters are navy blue. The intensity of the gold color in the word "Smakus" and on the ribbon varies. For example, in the word "Smakus", the lightest is the middle letter "a", and the further to the right or left, the gold color changes to dark gold. The gold sash also fades to dark gold towards the ends, while the center of the sash is light gold. Just below the gold sash, equally curved into an arc, is a red sash with the word "pork" written on it, with the letters white. On the right side of both sashes, at their ends, is a badge with the word "DE LUX" written on it in two lines. The badge is enclosed in a circle with a dark red background, a light red border at the bottom fading to gold, and the letters white. The sash described above partially covers slices of "Smakuś" with jelly around each slice. Behind the product are sprigs of mint and half a cherry tomato. Next to the slices, on a green sash, is the inscription "no monosodium glutamate" (MSG), with the letters navy blue. Under the green ribbon, bent upwards with the right end just like the gold and red ribbons, there is a navy blue ribbon with the information "homemade broth flavored jelly" incorporated into two lines, the letters white. Green mint leaves are placed under the curve of the navy blue ribbon. Between the gold and red ribbons, which end with the DE LUX symbol, and the green and navy ribbons, there is a white streak, brightening the graphic pattern, where the right end of the streak is raised upwards. On the product slices, on the left side of the ribbons, there is a quality symbol used to mark the Company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to the certificates awarded to the Company by external certification bodies.
