The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Tyrolean Aromatic Pork." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design applied cyclically. The background of the rectangular graphic design is white, decorated in the upper right and left corners with green circles of varying shades of green and diameters. The composition of the graphic design consists of the word "Duda", the letters are white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (the element is registered for protection as trademark Z-429542), below which is incorporated the name of the product "Tyrolska aromatyczna wiewa". The word "Tyrolska" is written in a stylized font, the letters are navy blue, the term "aromatic" is placed on a light brown ribbon slightly bent into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse, the letters are white. Just below the light brown ribbon, equally bent into an arc, is a narrower red ribbon with the inscription "wieprzowa", the letters are white. On the left side of the sashes is the company's internal product quality symbol, which marks the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," which refers to certificates issued by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a navy blue center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*), the letter and star being white. Around the center, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in standard font and navy blue. Under the sashes are product slices decorated with sliced tomatoes, green lettuce leaves, and peppercorns.
