Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac wzoru graficznego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Pasztetowa z szynka wieprzowo-drobiowa". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilustracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowy wzór graficzny przeznaczony jest do umieszczania na foliowej oslonce, która ma postac dlugiego, waskiego rekawa, przy czym wzór graficzny umieszczany jest cyklicznie. Tlo wzoru graficznego jest niejednolite : od koloru bialego u góry kompozycji, poprzez bezbarwna, przezroczysta smuge w srodkowej czesci wzoru do koloru rózowego u dolu. Górna czesc wzoru graficznego z bialym tlem zajeta jest przez slowo „Duda", kolor liter bialy, umieszczone w czerwonej elipsie z listkiem koloru zielonego, fantazyjnie skreconym w prawo (element zgloszony do ochrony jako znak towarowy Z-429542). Po obu stronach czerwonej elipsy ze slowem „Duda" wkomponowane jest po kawalku szynki z paroma odkrojonymi plasterkami. Ponizej elipsy ulozona jest nazwa produktu „PASZTETOWA z szynka wieprzowo-drobiowa" wkomponowana w trzy linijki. Slowo „PASZTETOWA" zapisane jest duzymi literami drukowanymi, wzdluz linii lekko wygietej w luk, zgodnie z linia elipsy, kolor liter granatowy. Tlo napisu stanowi bezbarwna, przezroczysta smuga zachodzaca pod czerwona elipse. Pod polowa slowa „PASZTETOWA", na tle bezbarwnej, przezroczystej smugi, umieszczona jest rózowa szarfa, z napisem „z szynka", kolor liter bialy a pod nia druga, wezsza, brazowa z napisem „wieprzowo- drobiowa", kolor liter równiez bialy. Obie szarfy maja podniesione ku górze prawe konce. Po lewej stronie szarf ulozone jest biale kólko z duzym granatowym oczkiem zawierajacym napis „Nr 1", kolor liter bialy. Na obwodzie bialego kólka, ponizej informacji „Nr 1" wkomponowany jest napis „Naszej produkcji", kolor liter granatowy. Górna czesc bialego kólka zdobia trzy granatowe gwiazdki. Dolem segmentu przebiega falista rózowa smuga bedaca tlem dla brazowej szarfy oraz polowicznie dla bialego kólka z informacja „Nr 1 Naszej produkcji." The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and colour of its individual decorative elements, aimed at attractive display and advertising of the product under the name "Pâsztetowa z ham kaszanka porowo-drobiowa". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached coloured illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design is intended to be placed on a foil casing, which has the form of a long, narrow sleeve, with the graphic design being placed cyclically. The background of the graphic design is not uniform: from white at the top of the composition, through a colourless, transparent streak in the central part of the design to pink at the bottom. The upper part of the graphic design with a white background is occupied by the word "Duda", the letters are white, placed in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (the element submitted for protection as trademark Z-429542). On both sides of the red ellipse with the word "Duda" there is a piece of ham with a few slices cut off. Below the ellipse there is the name of the product "PASZTETOWA z szynka wiewczy-drobiowa" composed of three lines. The word "PASZTETOWA" is written in capital letters, along a line slightly bent into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse, the letters are navy blue. The background of the inscription is a colorless, transparent stripe overlapping the red ellipse. Under half of the word "PASZTETOWA", against the background of the colorless, transparent stripe, there is a pink ribbon with the inscription "z szyszka", the letters are white, and under it a second, narrower, brown ribbon with the inscription "wieprzowo- drobiowa", the letters are also white. Both ribbons have their right ends raised upwards. On the left side of the ribbons there is a white circle with a large navy blue eyelet containing the inscription "No. 1", the letters are white. On the circumference of the white circle, below the information "No. 1", the inscription "Our production" is incorporated, the letters are navy blue. The upper part of the white circle is decorated with three navy blue stars. A wavy pink streak runs along the bottom of the segment, which is the background for the brown ribbon and halfway for the white circle with the information "No. 1 Our production."
