Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac wzoru graficznego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Poledwica szkolna drobiowa z dodatkiem wieprzowiny". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowy wzór graficzny, w formie prostokata, przeznaczony jest do umieszczania na foliowej oslonce, która ma postac dlugiego rekawa, przy czym wzór graficzny umieszczany jest cyklicznie je- den za drugim. Kompozycja wzoru graficznego, na szczycie prostokata, zawiera slowo „Duda", kolor liter bialy, w czerwonej elipsie z listkiem koloru zielonego, fantazyjnie skreconym w prawo (element zgloszony do ochrony jako znak towarowy Z-429542). Ponizej elipsy ulozona jest nazwa produktu „Poledwica szkolna drobiowa z dodatkiem wieprzowiny" wkomponowana w cztery linijki. Slowo „Poledwica" zapi- sane jest czcionka stylizowana na pismo odreczne, kolor liter granatowy. Pod nim umieszczona jest granatowa szarfa, z napisem „szkolna", kolor liter bialy, ponizej druga szarfa, tej samej szerokosci, zólta, z napisem w dwu linijkach „drobiowa z dodatkiem wieprzowiny", kolor liter granatowy. Obie szar- fy sa lekko wygiete w luk, zgodnie z linia elipsy. Po lewej stronie szarf umieszczony jest symbol jako- sci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej wartosciowe wyroby Firmy – „Certyfikat Bezpieczen- stwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych Firmie przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. Znak ma forme kola z ciemno granatowym oczkiem w srodku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola, zamieszczony jest napis „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor granatowy. Ponizej szarf, pomiedzy dwoma kromkami chleba z jasno brazowa skórka, ulozone sa plastry poledwicy, a obok produktu z prawej i lewej strony – zielone galazki miety. Na skórce chleba dolnej kromki ulozona jest szarfa koloru granatowego z informacja „idealna do kanapek", kolor liter bialy. Tlo wzoru graficznego jest wesole, niejednolite, popstrzone plamami, jak rysunek nieuwaznego pierwszoklasisty. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product called "School Poultry Sirloin with Added Pork." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design, in the form of a rectangle, is intended for placement on a foil casing, which is in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically one after the other. The graphic design composition, at the top of the rectangle, contains the word "Duda", the letters white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the product name "Poledwica szkolna drobiowa z mojego porki" (Poultry school sirloin with added pork), composed into four lines. The word "Poledwica" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters navy blue. Below it is a navy blue ribbon with the word "szkolna" (school sirloin), the letters white, and below it a second ribbon, the same width, yellow, with the inscription in two lines "drobiowa z mojego porki" (Poultry school sirloin with added pork), the letters navy blue. Both ribbons are slightly bent into an arc, following the line of the ellipse. On the left side of the ribbons is the product quality symbol used to mark the Company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to certificates awarded to the Company by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a dark blue circle in the center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*). The letter and asterisk are white. Around the circle, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in a standard font and navy blue. Below the ribbons, between two slices of bread with light brown crusts, are slices of sirloin, and next to the product on the right and left – green sprigs of mint. On the crust of the lower slice of bread, there is a navy blue ribbon with the words "ideal for sandwiches," in white letters. The background of the graphic design is cheerful, uneven, spotted with spots, like a drawing by an inattentive first-grader.
