Jednostkowy wzór graficzny ma postac figury plaskiej z dwoma rów- noleglymi bokami górnym i dolnym oraz z dwoma bokami prawym i lewym oplywowo wygietymi / wcie- tymi, tworzacymi zakola wijacej sie smugi. Z lewej strony szarf umieszczony jest wewnatrzzakladowy symbol jakosci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej wartosciowe wyroby Firmy – „Certyfikat Bezpie- czenstwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. Znak ma forme kola z granatowym oczkiem w srodku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy, a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola zamieszczony jest napis „Certyfikat Bez- pieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor granat. Z prawej strony wzoru, na pograniczu szarfy zóltej i oplywowo wygietej krawedzi bocznej, wkomponowany jest emblemat w ksztalcie kola „Delikat- ne mieso drobiowe", przy czym powyzszy napis rozmieszczony jest na obwodzie kola, a w srodku znajduje sie rysunek kurczaka. Kolor emblematu jest zólty. Pod szarfami ulozone sa plastry produktu przybrane zielona pietruszka i przekrojonymi pomidorami. Pod produktem, na granatowej szarfie lekko wygietej w luk z prawym koncem podniesionym ku górze, umieszczona jest w dwu linijkach informacja „kawalki kurczaka w aromatycznej galaretce". The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Chicken in Jelly." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design being applied cyclically, creating a winding streak of uniform width on the casing. The individual graphic design is a flat figure with two parallel upper and lower sides, and two right and left sides that are streamlined/indented, creating the arcs of a winding streak. The graphic design consists of the word "Duda" (white letters) in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542), next to it are green parsley leaves, and below is the product name "Chicken in Jelly." The word "Chicken" is arranged along a line slightly bent into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse, the letters are navy blue, while the phrase "in jelly" is written on a navy blue ribbon, the letters are white. Just below the navy blue sash, parallel to it, is a yellow sash with the inscription "poultry sausage with pork," the letters navy blue. Both sash edges are raised upwards. On the left side of the sash is the company's internal product quality symbol, which marks the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to certificates issued by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a navy blue center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*), the letter and star white, and around the center, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in a standard font and navy blue. On the right side of the design, on the border of the yellow ribbon and the streamlined side edge, there is a circular emblem "Delicate poultry meat", with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle and a picture of a chicken in the center. The emblem is yellow. Under the ribbons, there are slices of the product decorated with green parsley and sliced tomatoes. Under the product, on a navy blue ribbon slightly curved into an arc with the right end raised upwards, there is a two-lined inscription "chicken pieces in aromatic jelly".
