Tlo napisu stanowi bezbarwna, przezroczysta smuga zachodzaca pod czerwona elipse. The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Poultry Pâté with Added Pork." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The new graphic design is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long, narrow sleeve, with the graphic design applied cyclically. The background of the graphic design is non-uniform: from white at the top of the composition, through a colorless, transparent streak in the middle of the design, to orange at the bottom. The upper part of the graphic design with a white background is occupied by the word "Duda", the letters are white, placed in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). On both sides of the red ellipse with the word "Duda" are slices of bread spread with liverwurst and garnished with green parsley leaves as a serving suggestion. Below the ellipse is the name of the product "PASTETOWA drobiowa z pork" (poultry PIE with added pork), composed in three lines. The word "PASZTETOWA" is written in capital letters, along a line slightly bent into an arc, in line with the curvature of the ellipse, the letters are navy blue. The background of the inscription is a colorless, transparent streak overlapping the red ellipse. Under half of the word "PASTEL," against a colorless, transparent stripe, there is an orange ribbon with the word "drobiowa" (poultry), the letters are white, and below it a second, narrower, dark orange ribbon with the word "z przyją porki" (with added pork), the letters are also white. Both ribbons have their right ends raised upwards. On the left side of the ribbons is a white circle with a large navy blue eyelet containing the inscription "No. 1," the letters are white. Around the circumference of the white circle, below the information "No. 1," is the inscription "Naszowanych produkcji" (Our production), the letters are navy blue. The upper part of the white circle is decorated with three navy blue stars. A wavy orange stripe runs along the bottom of the graphic pattern, providing a background for the dark orange ribbon and halfway for the white circle with the information "No. 1 Naszej produkcji" (Our production no. 1).
