Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac wzoru graficznego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Kielbasa torunska wieprzowa". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilustra- cyjnym. Slowo „Kiel- basa" ulozone wzdluz linii lekko wygietej w luk, zgodnie z linia elipsy, zapisane jest czcionka stylizo- wana na pismo odreczne, kolor liter granatowy. Okreslenie „torunska" ulozone jest na szarfie wygietej lekko w luk, kolor szarfy ciemna czerwien, kolor liter bialy. Tuz pod szarfa ciemno czerwona, zgodnie z jej ksztaltem, ulozona jest wezsza szarfa w kolorze czerwonym z napisem „wieprzowa", kolor liter bialy. Pod szarfami z prawej strony wkomponowany jest emblemat w ksztalcie kola „Wysmienite mieso wieprzowe", przy czym powyzszy napis umieszczony jest na obwodzie kola, a w srodku znajduje sie rysunek prosiaka z zakreconym ogonkiem. Napis oraz rysunek prosiaka sa w kolorze czerwonym. Z lewej strony, ponizej szarf, umieszczony jest wewnatrzzakladowy symbol jakosci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej wartosciowe wyroby Firmy – „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. Znak ma forme kola z granatowym oczkiem w srodku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy, a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola zamieszczony jest napis „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor granat. Pod szarfami ulozone sa laski kielbasy przybrane listkami zielonych salat, przekrojonymi pomidorami, czosnkiem i ziarnami pieprzu. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, aimed at attractively displaying and advertising the product under the name "Kielbasa Toruńska wiewa". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design is in the form of an elongated rectangle with a 1:1.8 aspect ratio. The composition of the graphic design consists of the word "Duda", white letters, in a red ellipse with a green leaf fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z–429542), below which is incorporated the name of the product "Kielbasa Toruńska wiewa". The word "Kielbasa" is written along a line slightly curved into an ellipse, in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters are navy blue. The term "toruńska" is written on a ribbon slightly curved into an ellipse, the ribbon is dark red, the letters white. Just below the dark red ribbon, consistent with its shape, is a narrower red ribbon with the word "wieprzowa" (pork), the letters white. Beneath the ribbons on the right side is a circular emblem reading "Excellent Pork Meat," with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle, and in the center is a drawing of a piglet with a curled tail. The inscription and the drawing of the piglet are in red. On the left side, below the sashes, is the company's in-house product quality symbol, which marks the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," which refers to certificates issued by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a navy blue center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*), the letter and asterisk in white, and around the center, on the circumference of the circle, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in standard navy blue font. Under the sashes are sausage sticks garnished with lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, garlic, and peppercorns.
