Po lewej stronie szarf umieszczony jest symbol jakosci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej warto- sciowe wyroby Firmy – „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych Firmie przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Delicate Ham." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new graphic design, in the form of a rectangle, is intended for placement on a foil casing, which is in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically, one after the other. The background of the graphic design is white, with the exception of irregularly shaped clouds placed in the upper part of the design next to the ellipse with the word "Duda", where the clouds are yellow with an uneven intensity of yellow. The composition of the graphic design contains the word "Duda", the letters white, in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for protection as trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the name of the product "Delicate ham with mushrooms, poultry with the addition of pork", composed into four lines. The word "Szynka" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, the letters are dark navy blue. The word "delicate" is placed just below it, in an identical font, but the letters are 40% smaller, so the word "delicate" fits under the last three letters of the word "Szynka." Both words are arranged along two lines slightly curved into an ellipse. Below the word "delicate" is a red ribbon with the inscription "z mushroomach" (with mushrooms), the letters are white, and below it is a second, narrower brown ribbon with the inscription "dwórowa z porkinie" (poultry with added pork), the letters are white. Both ribbons have their right ends raised. On the left side of the ribbons is the product quality symbol, which marks the company's most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to the certificates awarded to the company by external certification bodies. The symbol has the form of a circle with a dark navy blue circle in the center, in which the letter "A" with an asterisk (*) is placed, the letter and the star are white, and around the circle, on the circumference of the circle, there is the inscription "Safety Certificate", the letters are in a standard font, dark navy blue. Below the ribbons, there are slices of ham with marinated mushrooms.
