Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac wzoru graficznego przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Smaczek konserwowy". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilu- stracyjnym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowy wzór graficzny w formie prostokata przeznaczony jest do umieszczania na foliowej oslon- ce, która ma postac dlugiego rekawa, przy czym wzór graficzny umieszczany jest cyklicznie, jeden obok drugiego. Tlo wzoru graficznego jest niejednolite: od ciemnej czerwieni, wpadajacej prawie w braz przy lewym boku wzoru do czerwieni przy prawym boku. Efektownym rozjasnieniem tla jest biala plama przy prawej krawedzi wzoru, zamknieta obrysem szarfy czerwonej i granatowej. Kompozycja wzoru graficznego zawiera od góry slowo „Duda", kolor liter bialy, w czerwonej elipsie z listkiem koloru zielonego, fantazyjnie skreconym w prawo (element zgloszony do ochrony jako znak towarowy Z-429542). Ponizej elipsy ulozona jest nazwa produktu „Smaczek konserwowy wieprzowy". Pod plastrami, na szarfie koloru granatowego, umieszczony jest w dwu linijkach napis „galareta o smaku domowego rosolu", kolor liter bialy. Nateze- nie koloru jak i szerokosc szarfy zmieniaja sie: z granatu na poczatku szarfy z lewej strony do granatu rozjasnionego biala plama przy prawym koncu, ponadto szerokosc szarfy zmniejsza sie do zera a waski koniec jest uniesiony w góre. Na plasterkach szynki, przy lewym koncu szarfy bialej i czerwo- nej, umieszczony jest wewnatrzzakladowy symbol jakosci produktu, którym oznaczane sa najbardziej wartosciowe wyroby – „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa A*" nawiazujacy do certyfikatów nadanych Firmie przez zewnetrzne instytucje certyfikujace. Znak ma forme kola z ciemno granatowym oczkiem w srod- ku, w którym umieszczona jest litera „A" z gwiazdka (*), kolor litery i gwiazdki bialy, a wokól oczka, na obwodzie kola, zamieszczony jest napis „Certyfikat Bezpieczenstwa", czcionka liter standardowa, kolor ciemny granat. Z prawej strony plastrów produktu, zachodzac na czerwona szarfe, ulozony jest emblemat w ksztalcie kola „Doskonale mieso wieprzowe", przy czym powyzszy napis umieszczony jest na obwodzie kola, a w srodku znajduje sie rysunek prosiaka z zakreconym ogonkiem. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the graphic design, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Smaczek archiwowy" (Preserved Taste). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material. Essential features of the industrial design The new graphic design in the form of a rectangle is intended for placement on a foil casing in the form of a long sleeve, with the graphic design placed cyclically, one next to the other. The background of the graphic design is non-uniform: from dark red, almost bordering on brown on the left side of the design, to red on the right side. A white spot at the right edge of the design, enclosed by a red and navy blue ribbon outline, effectively brightens the background. The graphic design features the word "Duda" at the top, in white letters, in a red ellipse with a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right (element registered for trademark Z-429542). Below the ellipse is the product name, "Smaczek archiwowy wiewy" (Canned Pork Flavor). The word "Smaczek" is written in a font stylized to resemble handwriting, written with a stick, the letters white, and arranged along a line slightly curved into an arc, in line with the line of the ellipse. The word "konserwowy" (canned) is written below on a white ribbon slightly curved into an arc, the letters navy blue. Just below the white ribbon, bent into an arch, is a light red ribbon with the word "pork" written on it, with the letters white. The right end of the ribbons is decorated with green mint leaves. The ribbons described above partially cover three slices of the product. Each slice is surrounded by a layer of jelly. Cherry tomato halves are placed next to the product. Below the slices, on a navy blue ribbon, is the inscription "homemade broth flavored jelly" written in two lines, with the letters white. The color intensity and width of the ribbon change: from navy blue at the beginning of the ribbon on the left side, to navy blue brightened by a white spot at the right end. Furthermore, the width of the ribbon decreases to zero, and the narrow end is raised. On the ham slices, at the left end of the white and red ribbons, is the company's internal product quality symbol, which marks the most valuable products – the "A* Safety Certificate," referring to certificates awarded to the company by external certification bodies. The symbol is a circle with a dark blue circle in the center, containing the letter "A" with an asterisk (*), the letter and star being white, and around the circle, on the circumference, is the inscription "Safety Certificate," in a standard font and dark navy blue. On the right side of the product slices, overlapping the red ribbon, is a circular emblem reading "Excellent Pork Meat," with the above inscription placed around the circumference of the circle, and in the center is an image of a piglet with a curled tail.
