Pod elipsa ze slowem Duda i z zielonym listkiem ulozone jest slowo Specialite z podkresleniem linia, wygieta w luk, równolegla do owalu elipsy. Kolor liter jak i podkreslenie sa w kolorze czarnym. Ponizej, tuz po prawej stronie znanego ukladu umieszczony jest kolisty element graficzny, na którego kompozycje sklada sie duza litera „S" otoczona podwójnym okregiem, co tworzy obramowanie litery. Wewnatrz tego obramowania umieszczone jest informacja „idealnie wywazone proporcje". Gra- fika elementu jest w kolorze szarym. Opisany powyzej element obwiedziony jest delikatna zólta linia, która poza elementem przechodzi w linie prosta. Ponizej owej delikatnej zóltej linii, przez srodek pro- stokata, przebiega pas przezroczystej folii (opisanej „transparent"), poprzez która widoczny bedzie pakowany produkt. Na swiatlo pasa przezroczystej folii, gruboscia obramowania, zachodzi element graficzny z litera „S" w srodku. Ponizej przezroczystego pasa opakowania umieszczona jest informa- cja „doskonaly smak polskich wedlin" zapisana duzymi drukowanymi literami, czcionka standardowa, kolor liter czarny. The essence of the industrial design is a new aesthetic form of the meat product packaging, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise products from the "Duda Specialite" series. The industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The new industrial design is rectangular. The design's composition consists of familiar and new graphic elements. The familiar graphic element is the Duda Specialite layout, registered for trademark protection (Z-432148). The layout contains the word Duda placed inside an ellipse. The letters of the word Duda are written in a standard bold font, and the letter color is white. The ellipse has a uniform red background. Above the word Duda is a green leaf, fancifully twisted to the right. Underneath the ellipse with the word Duda and a green leaf is the word Specialite, underlined by a line, curved into an arc, parallel to the oval of the ellipse. The lettering and underlining are black. Below, just to the right of the familiar arrangement, is a circular graphic element composed of a capital letter "S" surrounded by a double circle, forming a frame for the letter. Inside this frame is the information "perfectly balanced proportions." The graphic element is gray. The element described above is outlined by a delicate yellow line, which beyond the element becomes a straight line. Below this delicate yellow line, a strip of transparent foil (labeled "transparent") runs through the center of the rectangle, through which the packaged product is visible. The transparent foil strip, with the thickness of the frame, overlaps the graphic element with the letter "S" in the center. Below the transparent strip of packaging is the information "excellent taste of Polish cold cuts" written in large block letters, standard font, black. Below the inscription, under a delicate yellow line, is a photo of several slices of ham, fancifully arranged and decorated with green herb leaves and spice grains. Next to the photo of the ham is the information written in two lines: "dobre przypieszyn" (well seasoned), where the composition of both words is enclosed in a rectangle, with the letters in the word "dobrze" being twice as large as the letters in the word "przypominad" (spiced).
