Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa estetyczna postac oslonki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i barwie poszczególnych jego elementów dekoracyjnych, zmierzajaca do atrakcyjnego eksponowania i reklamy produktu pod nazwa „Mielonka w koronie". Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym barwnym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym przedstawiono oslonke wedlug wzoru w widoku z przodu. Tyl oslonki zawierajacy sklad produktu, temperature jego przechowywania, logo, nazwe i adres producenta, numer weterynaryjny zakladu i tym podobne informacje - nie podlega ochronie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Oslonka wedlug wzoru ma postac rekawa z naniesiona grafika, przy czym zastosowane elementy graficzne ulozone sa w powtarzajace sie cyklicznie segmenty. Tlo segmentów stanowi szeroki pas w kolorze jasno zóltym, biegnacy pionowo, centralnie, przez srodek oslonki i dwa o polowe wezsze niebieskie pasy biegnace symetrycznie po obu jego stronach. Nasycenie koloru niebieskiego na zewnetrznych pasach jest niejednorodne, im blizej krawedzi zewnetrznych, tym kolor niebieski staje sie jasniejszy. Niebieskie pasy ozdobione sa nadrukami koron, naprzemiennie duza i mala, ulozonymi jedna nad druga, wzdluz krawedzi blizszych jasno zóltemu wewnetrznemu pasowi. Nadruki koron sa w kolorze jasno niebieskim, co powoduje, ze sa jedynie lekko widoczne na tle niebieskich pasów. Tarcza jest koloru niebieskiego, przy czym im blizej krawedzi tarczy tym kolor niebieski staje sie ciemniejszy. Szerokosc tarczy jest wieksza niz szerokosc centralnego jasno zóltego pasa i tarcza zachodzi na rzedy korali oddzielajacych pas jasno zólty od pasów niebieskich. Tarcza obwiedziona jest zlota lamówka. W górnej czesci tarczy ulozona jest zlota korona tak, ze zeby korony wychodza poza obrys tarczy. Centralne miejsce na tarczy zajmuje nazwa produktu, która zapisana jest w dwu linijkach, gdzie slowo „mielonka" jest koloru bialego a „w koronie" koloru zóltego o mocno nasyconej barwie zóltej. Wysokosc slowa „mielonka" jest dwa razy wieksza niz slowa „w koronie". The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the casing, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative elements, intended to attractively display and advertise the product under the name "Mielonka w koronie" (Crown Meat). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, which depicts the casing according to the design in a front view. The back of the casing, containing the product's composition, storage temperature, logo, manufacturer's name and address, plant veterinary number, and similar information, is not subject to protection. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The casing, according to the design, takes the form of a sleeve with an applied graphic, with the graphic elements arranged in cyclically repeating segments. The background of the segments consists of a wide, light yellow stripe running vertically, centrally, through the center of the casing, and two half-narrower blue stripes running symmetrically on either side. The blue saturation in the outer stripes is uneven; the closer to the outer edges, the lighter the blue becomes. The blue stripes are decorated with alternating large and small crown prints, arranged one above the other, along the edges closest to the light yellow inner stripe. The crown prints are light blue, making them only slightly visible against the blue stripes. The edges where the blue stripes meet the light yellow stripe are finished with two strings of yellow beads, a shade darker than the inner stripe, with the inner strings consisting of beads twice the diameter of the beads in the outer strings. Cyclically repeating segments are arranged on the background described above. Each segment consists of a shield with a crown, the product name "Mielonka w koronie" (Crown Meal), and a photo of several slices of the product interspersed with lettuce leaves. The shield is blue, and the closer to the edge of the shield, the darker the blue becomes. The width of the shield is greater than the width of the central light yellow stripe, and the shield overlaps the rows of beads separating the light yellow stripe from the blue stripes. The shield is bordered with gold piping. A gold crown is placed at the top of the shield so that the crown's prongs extend beyond the shield's outline. The center of the shield is the product name, written in two lines, with the word "mielonka" in white and "w koronie" in a very saturated yellow. The height of the word "mielonka" is twice that of the word "w koronie."
