The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the casing, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative and informational elements, intended to attractively display the "Duda Zakłady Mięsne" logo, registered for protection as trademark Z-356218, and to advertise the product under the name "Pastetowa ze chodiorkiem" (Chicken Paprika). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, which shows the casing according to the design from the front. The back of the casing, containing the product's composition, storage temperature, manufacturer's name and address, plant's veterinary number, and similar information, is not protected. Essential features of the industrial design: The casing, according to the design, takes the form of a sleeve with a graphic applied, with the graphic elements (segments) repeating cyclically. A segment consists of a green ribbon running vertically through the center of the casing, a stylized flower with the inscription "Good taste," a shield with the advertising slogan "Tasty meats for the whole family" and the "DUDA Zaklady Mięsne" logo, a wavy gold ribbon with the product name "Pâté with chives," and a photo of sliced chives. The green vertical ribbon constitutes the center of each segment. Its color is not uniform and varies from dark green to sunny green saturated with yellow. The main element of each segment is a red shield with delicate scallops, trimmed along its entire circumference with gold and red piping. This name is arranged on two lines, where the letters of the word "pâté" are four times larger than the others and written in white with green underlining, while the words "ze chive" are written in green with white underlining.
