The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the casing, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative and informational elements, intended to attractively display the "Duda Zaklady Miesne" logo, registered for protection as trademark Z-356218, and to advertise a finely ground block product called "Tyrolska od Dudy." The industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, which depicts the casing according to the design in a front view. The back of the casing, containing the product's composition, storage temperature, manufacturer's name and address, plant's veterinary number, and similar information, is not subject to protection. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The casing, according to the design, takes the form of a sleeve with a graphic applied, with the graphic elements (segments) repeated cyclically. Each segment consists of a red ribbon, an ellipse with the product name, an oval, a "flower," and a logo. The ribbon runs vertically along the entire length of the casing and forms the axis of each segment. The ribbon has two equal-width trims on both sides, one beige and one red, as well as beige trims in the form of semicircular "tooths," which, like the trims, run the entire length of the ribbon on both sides. The main element of each segment is an ellipse, also red, but a shade lighter than the ribbon.
