W szczytowej czesci tarczy umieszczony jest logotyp DUDA zarejestrowany jako znak towarowy R-80904, pod nim znajduje sie napisana w dwu linijkach nazwa produktu „szynka wieprzowa konserwowa" przy czym litery sa w kolorze zlotym. W dolnej czesci tarczy pod nazwa produktu znajduja sie pelne dane adresowe zakladu przetwórstwa miesnego DUDA. Dolna czesc tarczy wykonczona jest listwa z haslem „smakuje do ostatniego plasterka" zarejestrowanym jako znak towarowy R-161557, przy czym listwa ma kolor czerwony, a litery hasla - bialy. The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the casing, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative and informative elements, intended to attractively display the logo, registered as trademark R-80904, and to advertise the product "canned pork ham." The industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, which depicts the casing according to the design in a front view. The back of the casing, containing the product's composition, storage temperature, veterinary number, and similar information, is not subject to protection. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The sleeve, according to the design, takes the form of a sleeve with applied graphic elements, where a pink background with the texture of fresh meat is covered with a mesh imitating a braid of golden cord, with the mesh mesh shaped like elongated rhombuses. Against this background, a graphic element consisting of a sash and a shield is repeated cyclically, with the sash arranged horizontally and the shield partially covering the sash, leaving only its ends visible. The sash has seven uniform horizontal stripes along its entire length, with the central, widest stripe being red, and along both edges are symmetrical stripes: a narrow golden stripe, a blue stripe, and a wider golden stripe. The shield is dome-shaped at the top and bordered with four stripes emphasizing its shape: golden, red, dark blue, and light blue. The shield's background is dark blue. At the top of the shield is the DUDA logo, registered as trademark R-80904, and below it is the name of the product, "canned pork ham," written in two lines, with the letters in gold. In the lower part of the shield, under the product name, there is the full address of the DUDA meat processing plant. The lower part of the shield is finished with a strip with the slogan "tasts to the last slice," registered as trademark R-161557, with the strip being red and the letters in white. On both sides of the shield, against the background of a sash, there are: on the left side, in the form of a gold coin, a symbol informing about ISO and HACCP, and on the right side, the word "good taste" written in white letters in a red circle surrounded by stylized petals bordered with a gold stripe.
