The essence of the industrial design is the new aesthetic form of the casing, manifested in the arrangement and color of its individual decorative and informational elements, intended to attractively display the "Duda Zaklady Mięsne" logo, registered for protection as trademark Z-356218, and to advertise the product under the name "Knuckle of pork in jelly." The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustrative material, which shows the casing according to the design from the front. The back of the casing, containing the product's composition, storage temperature, manufacturer's name and address, plant's veterinary number, and similar information, is not protected. Essential features of the industrial design: The casing, according to the design, takes the form of a sleeve with a graphic applied, with the graphic elements (segments) repeating cyclically. The segment background is a wide red stripe running vertically through the center of the casing, and each segment includes: a fragment of an irregular gold shield with the "DUDA Zaklady Mięsne" logo and the product name "Knuckle in jelly," the advertising slogan "Tasty meats for the whole family," and a drawing of vegetables.
