Wzór przemyslowy zostal zobrazowany na zalaczonej ilustracji przedstawiajacej rozmieszczony na prostokatnej, bialej plaszczyznie napis MR TOBACCO wykonany wielkimi literami alfabetu lacinskiego i element graficzny w postaci wizerunku kapelusza, usytuowany w obszarze drugiej litery „O". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Wzór przemyslowy, stanowi nowa, charakterystyczna postac znaku slowno-graficznego charakteryzujaca sie tym, ze majuskulowe litery tworzace napis MR TOBACCO wykonane sa w czarnym kolorze i ozdobione dwiema obwódkami, zewnetrzna w kolorze jasno-szarym i wewnetrzna w kolorze czerwonym. Na górnej czesci drugiej litery „O" usytuowany jest rysunek wysokiego kapelusza o ksztalcie cylindrycznym, w widoku czolowym przechylonego fantazyjnie w prawo. Kapelusz jest delikatnie cieniowany w kolorze od czerni do szarego oraz opasany czerwona, cieniowana wstega. Litery maja mocno zarysowane krawedzie i szeroki obrys przy czym odstepy miedzy literami sa równe i mniejsze od szerokosci obrysu litery. Wszystkie litery wykonane sa ta sama ozdobna czcionka i lacznie z wizerunkiem kapelusza maja dominujacy charakter w znaku, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonej ilustracji. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration showing the inscription MR TOBACCO placed on a rectangular, white surface in capital Latin letters and a graphic element in the form of an image of a hat, located in the area of the second letter "O". Essential features of the industrial design The industrial design is a new, characteristic form of a word-graphic mark characterized by the fact that the capital letters forming the inscription MR TOBACCO are made in black and decorated with two borders, the outer one in light grey and the inner one in red. On the upper part of the second letter "O" there is a drawing of a tall cylindrical hat, tilted fancifully to the right in the frontal view. The hat is delicately shaded in color from black to gray and is girded with a red, shaded ribbon. The letters have strongly outlined edges and a wide outline, with the spaces between the letters being equal and smaller than the width of the outline of the letter. All the letters are made in the same decorative font and together with the image of the hat have a dominant character in the sign, as shown in the attached illustration.
