The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which presents a combination of five characteristic components of the mark – capital letters forming the inscription HOCUS – arranged on a rectangular, white surface. The mark is formed by decorative, capital Latin letters with a distinctive appearance. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is a new and unique graphic form of the mark. The letters forming the inscription HOCUS have strongly defined edges and a wide outline, are narrow and tall, with a height-to-width ratio of 2:1. The letters H C S have characteristic slants, made with a line inclined at an angle of approximately 35° to the base. The colors of the letters are shades of gray and white. The lower part of the letters, from the bottom to slightly above halfway up, is executed in a shade darker than the rest, with a white strip separating the lower and upper parts. The spacing between the letters is equal and smaller than the width of the letter outline. The outline of the letters consists of straight vertical lines, diagonal lines, horizontal lines, and arcs. In the letters O C U S, the inner, vertical straight lines are connected to the horizontal lines at a 90° angle. All letters in the inscription have characteristic shadows at the bottom and on the right side, in frontal view.
