Sylaba „TOP" i wyraz „DESIGN'' znajduja sie miedzy pochylonym wieloplaszczyznowym trzonem olówka, a zaostrzonym koncem pochylonego olówka z widocznym koncem olówka bedacym grafitowym grotem. Poszczególne skladowe elementy plakietki, to jest zaostrzony koniec olówka, sylaba „TOP', wyraz „DESIGN" i trzyplaszczyznowy trzon olówka sa miedzy soba oddzielone waskimi szczelinami poziomymi i pionowymi.
