W dolnej czesci sylaby TOP poziome ramiona litery „T i P" znajduja sie w jednej plaszczyznie, sa oddzielnymi elementami sylaby,stylizujac zarys kolnierza. Wyraz „DESIGN" umieszczony jest pomiedzy pionowymi ramionami liter „T i P". Sylaba „TOP" i wyraz „DESIGN'' znajduja sie miedzy pochylonym wieloplaszczyznowym trzonem olówka, a zaostrzonym koncem pochylonego olówka z widocznym koncem olówka bedacym grafitowym grotem. Poszczególne skladowe elementy plakietki, to jest zaostrzony koniec olówka, sylaba „TOP', wyraz „DESIGN" i trzyplaszczyznowy trzon olówka sa miedzy soba oddzielone waskimi szczelinami poziomymi i pionowymi. Kolorystyka plakietki jest nastepujaca: powierzchnia liter, obrysu zaostrzonego konca olówka i grafitowego grota jest koloru czarnego, powierzchnie trzech plaszczyzn trzonu olówka maja barwy, okreslajac od lewej strony trzonu: czerwona, zólta, niebieska, tlo ma kolor bialy, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the verbal and graphic composition of the badge, which visually affects the recipients of the products and services, linking them to the production, service, and commercial activities of the Applicant's company. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and in the attached illustrative material. The plaque according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it shows the syllable TOP written in a thick line, in an italicized, stylized script, under which there is the word "DESIGN" written in italicized letters, in a medium-thin line. The stylization of the syllable "TOP" is distinguished by the connection into one line of the horizontal segments of the upper arms of the letters "T and P", which are tangent to the arc of the letter "O". In the lower part of the syllable TOP, the horizontal arms of the letters "T and P" are located in one plane; they are separate elements of the syllable, stylizing the outline of the collar. The word "DESIGN" is placed between the vertical arms of the letters "T and P". The syllable "TOP" and the word "DESIGN" are located between the inclined, multi-plane pencil shaft and the sharpened end of the inclined pencil with the visible end of the pencil being a graphite tip. The individual components of the badge, i.e. the sharpened end of the pencil, the syllable "TOP", the word "DESIGN" and the three-plane pencil shaft, are separated by narrow horizontal and vertical gaps. The color scheme of the badge is as follows: the surface of the letters, the outline of the sharpened end of the pencil and the graphite tip are black, the surfaces of the three surfaces of the pencil shaft are colored, from the left side of the shaft: red, yellow, blue, the background is white, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 3. Furthermore, they are significant for marking design services in construction and interior architecture, interior decoration organization and arrangement, as well as technical projects, packaging design, industrial design, and graphic design services.
