Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szyld ozdobny sklepu branzy IT zaspokajajacego zaopatrzeniowo potrzeby w wyroby wysoce specjalistyczne klientów lokalnych i ogólnokrajowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest plastyczne uksztaltowanie szyldu ozdobnego zawierajacego na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej kompozycje graficzna i kolorystyczna, która w polaczeniu z zestawem slowno- graficznym sugestywnie oddzialywuje na potencjalnych klientów sklepu, mobilizujac do dokonania zakupów w zyczliwej atmosferze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. The essence of the industrial design is the artistic design of the decorative sign, which incorporates a graphic and color composition on the display surface. Combined with the word and graphic combination, it has a suggestive effect on potential customers, encouraging them to make purchases in a friendly atmosphere. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows in Fig. 1 a front view of a decorative sign of an IT store, Fig. 2 - a front view of a variant of the decorative sign as in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - a front view of a variant of the decorative sign as in Fig. 2, Fig. 4 - a front view of a variant of the decorative sign as in Fig. 1. The illustrative material shown in Fig. 5 is a color print of the sign as in Fig. 3, Fig. 6 is a color print of the sign as in Fig. 4. The decorative sign of an IT store according to the industrial design has four variants shown in figures from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 and in the illustrative material Fig. 5 and fig. 6. The first variant of the decorative sign of an IT store based on an industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it presents a horizontally arranged set of letters "ibm4me", separated by a dot from the set of letters "pi". In this arrangement, the set of letters "ibm" and "dot pi" are marked in a "bold" font with the entire letter surface in black, while the set of letters "4me" is marked with an "autline" drawing, with the outline of the digit and letters in black. Before the set of letters "ibm4me.pl" there is a graphic element of the sign showing the stylization of a person sitting in front of, for example, a computer. The graphic is black, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. The second variant of the decorative sign of an IT store according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the form of a horizontally arranged set of letters "ibm4m.pr". In this arrangement, the set of letters "ibm" and "pi" are marked in a "bold" font, with the entire surfaces of the letters covered in black, while the set of letters "4me" and the dot are marked in an "autline" version of the drawing, with the outline of the digit, letters and the dot in black. Above the set of letters "ibm4me.pl", in its central part, above the set of letters "4m", there is placed a black graphic element of the signboard presenting the stylization of a person sitting in front of, for example, a computer monitor, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2. The third variant of the decorative signboard of an IT store according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it has a word form as in the first variant shown in Fig. 1, with a graphic element placed above the set of letters as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variant, the set of letters "ibm dot pi" and the graphic element representing the torso of a sitting person have blue surfaces, while the set of letters "4me" and the graphic element representing the head of a sitting person have light blue surfaces, as shown in Fig. 3 and in the illustrative material Fig. 5. The fourth variant of the decorative signboard IT industry store according to the industrial design has essential features of an industrial design characterized by the fact that it has a word and color form, as in the third variant, Fig. 3, and the graphic element of the sign is placed before the word set, as in Fig. 1 in the first variant of the sign, which is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4 and in the illustrative material Fig. 6.
