Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy produkujacej tapety, kleje do tapet. Wzór jest przeznaczony do opakowan na kleje do tapet oraz do opakowan na inne srodki chemiczne stosowane przy tapetowaniu i malowaniu scian. Wzór przemyslowy jest pokazany na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2, które przedstawiaja dwie odmiany wzoru. Obie odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba wyróznikami slownymi. Pierwsza odmiana, uwidoczniona na Fig. 1, stanowi kompozycje zlozona z rysunku, dwóch napisów: Masterline i WALLFIX oraz wyróznika slownego w postaci slowa uniqat. Rysunek, naniesiony na czarnym tle, ma z lewej strony na górze biale prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego, a pod ta koncówka jest uwidoczniony fragment warstwy materialu rozprowadzonego przez pedzel. Slowo Masterline, pisane bialymi literami, jest umieszczone poziomo i przylega do prostokatnego obramowania poczatkowa litera M. Dolna czesc rysunku stanowi bialo-czerwony pasek. Slowa WALLFIX, umieszczone w górnej polowie, w poblizu strefy srodkowej, jest napisane bialymi literami. Wyróznik imiqat, umieszczony pod slowem WALLFIX jest napisany literami w kolorze czerwonym. Na czarnym tle sa naniesione jasne linie pionowe, umieszczone na calym obszarze tla, za wyjatkiem górnego pasa z prostokatnym obramowaniem i slowem Masterline oraz z pominieciem bialo- czerwonego paska w dolnej czesci rysunku.2 Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniona na Fig. 2, stanowi znak graficzny taki jak opisany w odmianie pierwszej, z tym, ze slownym wyróznikiem w tej odmianie wzoru jest wyraz MONOLIT. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to kompozycja zlozona z rysunku i dwóch napisów: Masterline oraz WALLFIX. Rysunek, naniesiony na ciemnym tle, ma z lewej strony na górze biale prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego, a pod nia znajduje sie widok fragmentu materialu rozprowadzonego przez pedzel. Slowo Masterline jest usytuowane nad smuga i przylega do prostokatnego obramowania poczatkowa litera M. Dolna czesc rysunku stanowi bialo-czerwony pasek. Na ciemnym tle sa naniesione jasne linie pionowe, umieszczone na calym obszarze, za wyjatkiem górnego pasa z obramowaniem i slowem Masterline oraz z pominieciem bialo-czerwonego paska na dole. The design is intended for packaging of wallpaper adhesives and other chemicals used in wallpapering and wall painting. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2, which represent two variations of the design. Both variations differ in their verbal markings. The first variation, shown in Figure 1, is a composition consisting of a drawing, two inscriptions: Masterline and WALLFIX, and a verbal marking in the form of the word "uniqat." The drawing, applied on a black background, has a white rectangular frame at the top left, containing the tip of a paintbrush. Below the tip, a fragment of the layer of material applied by the brush is visible. The word Masterline, written in white letters, is placed horizontally, adjacent to a rectangular frame with the initial letter M. The lower part of the design is a red and white stripe. The word WALLFIX, located in the upper half, near the center, is written in white letters. The distinguishing mark "imiqat," placed under the word WALLFIX, is written in red letters. Light vertical lines are drawn on a black background, covering the entire background area, except for the upper stripe with a rectangular frame and the word Masterline, and omitting the red and white stripe at the bottom of the design.2 The second variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, is a graphic symbol similar to the one described in the first variant, except that the distinguishing mark in this variant is the word MONOLIT. The essential features of the industrial design are a composition consisting of a drawing and two inscriptions: Masterline and WALLFIX. The drawing, painted on a dark background, has a white rectangular border on the top left, containing the tip of a paintbrush, and below it is a view of a fragment of the material spread by the brush. The word Masterline is positioned above the streak, and the initial letter M is adjacent to the rectangular border. The lower part of the drawing is a white and red stripe. Light vertical lines are applied to the dark background, placed throughout, except for the top stripe with the border and the word Masterline, and omitting the white and red stripe at the bottom.
