Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy produkujacej tapety, kleje do tapet. Wzór jest przeznaczony do opakowan na kleje do tapet oraz do opakowan na inne srodki chemiczne stosowane przy tapetowaniu i malowaniu scian. Wzór przemyslowy jest pokazany na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4, które przedstawiaja cztery odmiany wzoru. Poszczególne odmiany róznia sie miedzy soba kolorystyka oraz wyróznikami slownymi. Pierwsza odmiana wzoru, uwidoczniona na Fig. 1, stanowi kompozycje zlozona z rysunku i dwóch napisów: Masterline oraz W ALLFDC. Na niebieskim tle znajduje sie bialy rysunek i bialy napis Masterline, przylegajacy do tego rysunku. Rysunek ma z lewej strony na górze prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego. Pod tym pedzlem jest uwidoczniona zamaszysta smuga symbolizujaca warstwe materialu naniesionego przez pedzel na podloze, w szczególnosci warstwe kleju do tapet. Smuga wychodzi poza podstawe obramowania i rozszerza sie w miare oddalania sie od pedzla; rozciaga sie ona lagodnym lukiem w prawo. Z prawej strony smuga jest zakonczona pionowa krawedzia urwania. Slowo Masterline, umieszczone poziomo na górze, przylega do prostokatnego obramowania tak, ze prawy bok tego obramowania pokrywa sie z pionowym ramieniem na poczatku litery M.2 Biala podstawa obramowania jest w miejscu styku z jednolita biala smuga podkreslona linia w kolorze tla. Koncówka pedzla posiada kolor tla, a jej obrys jest wykonany linia biala. Slowo WALLFDC, umieszczone poziomo w polu smugi, jest napisane literami w niebieskim kolorze tla. Druga odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniona na Fig. 2, stanowi znak graficzny taki jak opisany w odmianie pierwszej, z tym, ze smuga ma na dole kolorowy pasek, zapoczatkowany ostrym klinem, rozszerzajacy sie stopniowo w miare zblizania sie do szerokiego konca smugi. W srodkowej strefie smugi, przy pionowej krawedzi, znajduje sie kolorowe wtracenie obcego ciala w jednolity material smugi. Pod slowem W ALLFDC znajduje sie wyróznik w postaci slowa special. Dolny pasek klinowy oraz wyróznik sa wykonane w kolorze fioletowym. Wtracenie obcego ciala jest dwukolorowe - ma kolor niebieski jak tlo oraz kolor fioletowy. Na samym dole jest umieszczony poziomy pasek w kolorze czerwonym. Trzecia odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona na Fig. 3, stanowi modyfikacje wzoru pokazanego na Fig. 2. W tej odmianie wzór posiada wyróznik w postaci slów non-woven. Dolny pasek klinowy oraz wyróznik maja kolor pomaranczowy. Wtracenie obcego ciala jest dwukolorowe - ma kolor niebieski jak tlo oraz kolor pomaranczowy. Poziomy pasek na dole jest czerwony. Czwarta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiona na Fig. 4, stanowi modyfikacje wzoru pokazanego na Fig. 2. W tej odmianie wzór posiada wyróznik w postaci slów textile-vinyl. Dolny pasek klinowy oraz wyróznik sa czerwone. Wtracenie obcego ciala3 jest dwukolorowe - ma kolor niebieski jak tlo oraz kolor czerwony. Poziomy pasek na dole jest czerwony. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to kompozycja, zlozona z rysunku i dwóch napisów: Masterline oraz WALLFDt. Rysunek, naniesiony na niebieskim tle, ma z lewej strony na górze biale prostokatne obramowanie, w którym jest umieszczona koncówka pedzla malarskiego, a spod tego pedzla wychodzi zamaszysta smuga symbolizujaca warstwe materialu naniesionego na podloze przez pedzel. Na smudze jest umieszczone slowo WALLFIX i ewentualnie takze inne wyrózniki slowne. The design is intended for packaging of wallpaper adhesives and other chemicals used in wallpapering and wall painting. The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, which represent four variations of the design. The individual variations differ in color and wording. The first variation, shown in Fig. 1, is a composition consisting of a drawing and two inscriptions: Masterline and W ALLFDC. On a blue background, there is a white drawing and the white inscription Masterline adjacent to the drawing. The drawing has a rectangular frame at the top left, within which is placed the tip of a paintbrush. Underneath this brush, a sweeping streak is visible, symbolizing the layer of material applied by the brush to the substrate, specifically a layer of wallpaper paste. The streak extends beyond the base of the border and widens as it moves away from the brush; it extends in a gentle arc to the right. On the right side, the streak terminates in a vertical broken edge. The word Masterline, placed horizontally at the top, adheres to the rectangular border so that the right side of the border aligns with the vertical arm at the beginning of the letter M. The white base of the border is underlined with a background-colored line where it meets the solid white streak. The brush tip is the background color and outlined in white. The word WALLFDC, placed horizontally within the streak, is written in background-colored letters. The second variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, is a graphic symbol similar to the first variant, except that the streak has a colored stripe at the bottom, starting with a sharp wedge and gradually widening as it approaches the streak's wide end. In the center of the streak, near the vertical edge, there is a colored foreign body inclusion in the uniform material of the streak. Below the word "W ALLFDC" is a distinguishing feature in the form of the word "special." The lower V-band and the distinguishing feature are purple. The foreign body inclusion is two-colored—blue for the background and purple. At the very bottom is a horizontal red stripe. The third variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, is a modification of the design shown in Fig. 2. In this variant, the design has a distinguishing feature in the form of the words "non-woven." The lower V-band and the distinguishing feature are orange. The foreign body inclusion is two-colored—blue, like the background, and orange. The horizontal stripe at the bottom is red. The fourth variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, is a modification of the design shown in Fig. 2. In this variation, the design features a distinguishing feature in the form of the words "textile-vinyl." The lower wedge stripe and the distinguishing feature are red. The foreign body inclusion3 is two-colored—blue, like the background, and red. The horizontal stripe at the bottom is red. The essential features of the industrial design are a composition consisting of a drawing and two inscriptions: "Masterline" and "WALLFDt." The drawing, applied on a blue background, has a white rectangular frame at the top left, containing the tip of a paintbrush, and from under the brush emerges a sweeping streak symbolizing the layer of material applied to the substrate by the brush. The word WALLFIX and possibly other word markers are placed on the streak.
