Znak graficzny firmy leasingowej Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny firmy leasingowej, zwlaszcza korzystnie pojazdów samochodowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej spotegowanej kolorystyka znaku slowno-graficznego firmy leasingowej, zapewniajacego skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów prowadzonej dzialalnosci leasingowej. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego firmy leasingowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia stylizacje znaku graficznego aprobaty majacego ksztalt zblizony do litery „V", w której jedno krótkie ramie jest odchylone na lewa strone i ma wyglad trapezu, zas drugie ma ksztalt trójkata o duzej wysokosci i jest lukowo odchylone na prawo. Poszczególne ramiona oddziela mala szczelina. Pod lukowym ramieniem znaku aprobaty, w plaszczyznie jego polowy wysokosci, umieszczony jest wyraz „LEASING", zas pod nim, z jednoliterowym przesunieciem w lewo, w plaszczyznie podstawy znaku, znajduje sie wyraz „POLSKI". Wyrazy napisane sa gruba linia, prostymi, duzymi literami. Efekt wizualny znaku poteguje kolorystyka kompozycji, w której prawe lukowe ramie znaku aprobaty oraz liter wyrazu „LEASING" maja powierzchnie koloru granatowego, zas lewe ramieaprobaty i liter wyrazu „POLSKI" maja powierzchnie barwy szarej, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana znaku graficznego firmy leasingowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze jest identyczna jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest czarna barwa powierzchni prawego, lukowego ramienia znaku aprobaty i liter wyrazu „LEASING" oraz szaiy kolor powierzchni lewego ramienia aprobaty i liter wyrazu „POLSKI", jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. PLThe industrial design is for a leasing company's graphic symbol, particularly for motor vehicles. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word-and-graphic composition enhanced by the colors of the leasing company's graphic symbol, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers for the leasing business. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of the display area of the first version of the leasing company's graphic symbol, and Fig. 2 shows a view of the second version of the leasing company's graphic symbol. The first version of the leasing company's graphic symbol has essential industrial design features, characterized by presenting a stylized graphic approval symbol in a shape similar to the letter "V," in which one short arm is tilted to the left and has the appearance of a trapezoid, while the other is in the shape of a high triangle and is curved to the right. The individual arms are separated by a small gap. Below the arched arm of the seal of approval, at its mid-height, is the word "LEASING," and below it, shifted one letter to the left, at the base of the sign, is the word "POLSKI." The words are written in a thick line, in simple, capital letters. The visual effect of the sign is enhanced by the color scheme of the composition, in which the right arched arm of the seal of approval and the letters of the word "LEASING" have a navy blue surface, while the left arm of the approval and the letters of the word "POLSKI" have a gray surface, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second version of the leasing company's graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by being identical to the first version. The distinguishing feature is the black surface color of the right, arc-shaped arm of the approval mark and the letters of the word "LEASING" and the gray surface color of the left arm of the approval mark and the letters of the word "POLSKI", as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2.
