Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w ksztaltach linii, ukladzie slowno graficznym oraz w zestawieniu kolorów. This new form of industrial design is particularly evident in the shape of lines, the word and graphic arrangement, and the color combination. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the basic design of the tag in a front view, Fig. 2 - shows the first variant of the tag in a front view Fig. 3 - shows the second variant of the tag in a front view ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The tag according to the basic industrial design shown in Illustration Fig. 1 is characterized by the following: - it has the word "Max" written in bold block writing, in a black cover, of which the letter "M" is uppercase, the letters "a" and "x" are lowercase - The word "Max" is inscribed in an oval white background and placed on a black rectangle. The tag according to the industrial design in the first variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized in that: - it has the word "Max" written in bold block lettering in black, of which the letter 'M' is uppercase, and the letters "a" and "x" are lowercase - the word "Max" is placed in a white rectangle with a black border. The tag according to the industrial design in the second variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized in that: - it has the word "Max" written in bold block lettering in white, of which the letter 'M' is uppercase, and the letters "a" and "x" are lowercase - the word "Max" is placed in a black rectangle.
