METKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest metka, przeznaczona do umieszczania na odziezy :kurtkach .kamizelkach,koszulach, koszulkach,spodniach,czapkach oraz na odziezy roboczej. Nowa postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w ksztaltach linii, ukladzie slowno graficznym oraz w zestawieniu kolorów. This new form of industrial design is particularly evident in the shape of lines, the arrangement of words and graphics, and the combination of colors. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in detail in the attached illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the basic design of the label in a front view, Fig. 2 - shows the first variant of the label in a front view, Fig. 3 - shows the second variant of the label in a front view, Fig. 4 - shows the third variant of the label in a front view. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The label according to the basic industrial design shown in Fig. 1 is characterized by the following: - it has the word "BeAR" written in bold block writing, in red, of which the letters "B", "A" and "R" are uppercase, and the letters "a" and "e" are lowercase. - The word "BeAR" is inscribed in an oval white background and placed on a red rectangle. The tag according to the industrial design in the first variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized in that: - it has the word "BeAR" written in bold block lettering in white, of which the letters "B", "A" and "R" are uppercase letters, and the letter "e" is lowercase. - The word "BeAR" is placed in a red rectangle. The tag according to the industrial design in the second variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized in that: - it has the word "BeAR" written in bold block lettering in red, of which the letters "B", "A" and "R" are uppercase letters, and the letter "e" is lowercase. - The word "BeAR" is placed in a white rectangle with a red border. The tag according to the industrial design in the third variant shown in Fig. 4 is characterized by the following: - it has the word "BeAR" written in block lettering - bold, black, of which the letters "B", "A" and "R" are capital letters, and the letter "e" is a lowercase letter - The word "BeAR" is placed in a white rectangle with a black border.
