The essence of the industrial design is the use of a verbal and graphic composition, enhanced by the colors of the graphic symbol, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers in the service and commercial activities conducted, especially in the field of pneumatic, electromagnetic, and mechanical valves. The graphic symbol, while fulfilling an informative function through graphics and colors, also imparts high aesthetic value to the display, assuring observers of the high quality and reliability of the goods introduced into trade and the high quality of the services provided. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, showing a frontal view of the graphic symbol's display area. The graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it represents a set of letters "YPC" written in large, ornamental letters, in italics, in a thick, bold line, with a particular distinctive characteristic of the letter "P", in which the vertical arm ends at the level of the lower edge of the arc part of the letter "P", creating an angular offset in the upper corner of the letter. In front of the set of letters, there is a marked graphic element of the mark representing a stylized membrane in the form of three separate elliptical surfaces, arranged in parallel at an angle, inclined to the right, with dimensions increasing slightly, with an increase in the direction of the set of words "YPC". On the extension of the transverse axis of the elliptical surfaces, there is a circular surface with a diameter smaller than the width of the front of the elliptical surface, stylizing a button acting on the elastic elements of the membrane. The visual impact of the graphic symbol is enhanced by the symbol's color scheme, which consists of a white surface of the letters and graphic element placed on a contrasting background color, as shown in the attached illustration.
