Znak graficzny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przedstawiajacy plastycznie sfere dzialalnosci gospodarczej zglaszajacego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny bedacy forma slowno- graficzna obrazujaca dzialalnosc gospodarcza zglaszajacego, która poprzez kompozycje graficzna i kolorystyczna, sugestywnie oddzialywuje na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci produkcyjnej, handlowej i uslugowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym w widoku od czola przedstawione sa trzy odmiany wzoru przemyslowego i numeracja odmian wzoru odpowiada numeracji figur. I tak: pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga odmiane na fig. 2, zas trzecia odmiane na fig 3. Pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia poziomo rozmieszczony zestaw malych ozdobnych lito*, tworzacych wyraz „buty", oddzielony czworoboczna kropka od zestawu liter „pl". W ukladzie tym zestawy liter zaznaczone sa czcionka typu „bold", majac litere „t" barwy czerwonej, zas pozostale litery i kropka sa kolom czarnego. Przed wyrazem „buty" znajduje sie element graficzny znaku przedstawiajacy okrag o srednicy znacznie przekraczajacej wysokosc liter zestawów. Okrag oddzielony jest od wyrazu, „buty" lukowa szczelina uksztaltowana w pionowym ramieniu litery „b" i ma wpisana gruba czcionka mala litere „e", nadajac kolorystycznie okregowi postac czerwonego pierscienia O dominujacym dla znaku graficznego charakterze, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1.Druga odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma identyczna kompozycje slowno-graficzna i kolorystyczna jak w pierwsza odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest brak w zestawie czworobocznej kropki oraz zestawu liter „pi", jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 . Trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia element graficzny pierwszej odmiany i drugiej odmiany znaku graficznego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 . PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol that visually represents the applicant's sphere of business activity. The essence of an industrial design is a graphic symbol, a verbal and graphic form illustrating the applicant's business activity, which, through its graphic and color composition, has a suggestive effect on observers, turning them into potential customers in the applicant's production, trade, and service activities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows three variants of the industrial design from the front, with the numbering of the variants corresponding to the numbering of the figures. For example, the first variant is shown in Figure 1, the second variant in Figure 2, and the third variant in Figure 3. The first variant of the graphic symbol has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a horizontally arranged set of small decorative lithographs*, forming the word "buty," separated by a quadrilateral dot from the set of letters "pl." In this arrangement, the letter sets are marked with a "bold" font, with the letter "t" in red, while the remaining letters and the dot are in a black circle. Before the word "buty" there is a graphic element of the mark representing a circle with a diameter significantly exceeding the height of the letters in the sets. The circle is separated from the word "buty" by an arc-shaped gap shaped in the vertical arm of the letter "b" and has the lowercase letter "e" inscribed in bold font, giving the circle the color form of a red ring. The dominant character of the graphic mark is shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second version of the graphic mark has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has an identical word-graphic and color composition as in the first version. The distinguishing feature is the absence of a quadrilateral dot and the set of letters "pi", as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. The third variant of the graphic sign has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it presents a graphic element of the first variant and the second variant of the graphic sign, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3.
