Znak graficzny wed lug wzoru przemys lowego przezna- czony jest do stosowania jako oznaczenie odró zniaj ace na stronach internetowych, budynkach, po- jazdach, kopertach, wizytówkach, w dokumentach i innych materia lach biurowych, promocyjnych i reklamowych. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia znak graficzny w ca lo sci. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego s a: element graficzny, który stanowi a trzy ró znobarw- ne paski o kolorach ciemnogranatowym, ciemnoniebieskim i szarob lekitnym, usytuowane wzgl edem siebie niemal równolegle, z których ka zdy jest w kszta lcie zbli zonym do pó lksiezyca, jak równie z s lowo „PORTICO" b ed ace elementem dominuj acym warstwy s lownej wzoru oraz dopisek „PROJECT MA- NAGEMENT". The graphic element consists of three multi-colored stripes in dark navy blue, dark blue and light gray, placed almost parallel to each other, each of which is shaped similarly to a crescent. The verbal element consists of the words "PORTICO PROJECT MANAGEMENT" in dark navy blue, with the word "PORTICO" located in the central part of the graphic symbol being partially surrounded on its left side by stripes forming the graphic element, while the note "PROJECT MANAGEMENT" written in a clearly smaller font is located under the word "PORTICO". The graphic mark based on the industrial design is intended for use as a distinctive sign on websites, buildings, vehicles, envelopes, business cards, documents, and other office, promotional, and advertising materials. The design in question is shown in Fig. 1, which shows the graphic mark in its entirety. The essential features of the industrial design are: a graphic element consisting of three multicolored stripes in dark navy blue, dark blue, and light gray, positioned almost parallel to each other, each in the shape of a crescent, as well as the word "PORTICO," which is the dominant element of the word layer of the design, and the inscription "PROJECT MANAGEMENT."
