Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znaku graficznego, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym elemencie graficznym, liternictwie i kolorystyce oraz rozmieszczeniu wyrazów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego moze byc odtwarzany dowolna technika z zachowaniem wlasciwosci i charakterystycznych cech, stanowiacych istote znaku graficznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku obrazujacym szesc odmian znaku graficznego, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 4 przedstawia czwarta odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 5 przedstawia piata odmiane znaku graficznego, fig. 6 przedstawia szósta odmiane znaku graficznego. Znak graficzny w odmianie pierwszej, przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 wykonany jest na bialym tle i sklada sie z elementu graficznego w kolorze zlotym w postaci kólka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz stylizowanymi literami M i W, oddzielonego pionowa kreska od usytuowanego w dwóch wierszach napisu MENNICA POLSKA, wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem dwuelementowym szeryfowym, przy czym pionowa kreska i napis wykonane sa w kolorze zielonym. Znak graficzny w odmianie drugiej, przedstawiony na rys. fig. 2 jest tozsamy ze znakiem graficznym w odmianie pierwszej, przedstawionej na rys. fig. 1, przy czym element graficzny w postaci kólka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz stylizowanymi literami M i W jest wykonany w kolorze zielonym.2 Znak graficzny w odmianie trzeciej, przedstawiony na rys. fig. 3 wykonany jest na zielonym tle i sklada sie z elementu graficznego w kolorze zlotym w postaci kólka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz stylizowanymi literami M i W, oddzielonego pionowa kreska od usytuowanego w dwóch wierszach napisu MENNICA POLSKA, wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem dwuelementowym szeryfowym, przy czym pionowa kreska i napis wykonane sa w kolorze bialym. Znak graficzny w odmianie czwartej, przedstawiony na rys. fig. 4 jest tozsamy ze znakiem graficznym w odmianie trzeciej, przedstawionej na rys. fig. 3, przy czym element graficzny postaci kólka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz stylizowanymi literami M i W jest wykonany w kolorze bialym. Znak graficzny w odmianie piatej, przedstawiony na rys. fig. 5 wykonany jest na bialym tle i sklada sie z elementu graficznego w kolorze zlotym w postaci kólka z umieszczonymi wewnatrz stylizowanymi literami M i W, oddzielonego pionowa kreska od usytuowanego w dwóch wierszach napisu MENNICA POLSKA, wykonanego kapitalikami, pismem dwuelementowym szeryfowym, przy czym pionowa kreska i napis wykonane sa w kolorze zlotym. Znak graficzny w odmianie szóstej, przedstawiony na rys. fig. 6 wykonany jest na zlotym tle, a element graficzny, pionowa kreska i napis MENNICA POLSKA wykonane sa w kolorze bialym. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the graphic symbol, manifested in its original graphic element, lettering, colors, and word arrangement. The industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the properties and characteristic features that constitute the essence of the graphic symbol. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows six variations of the graphic symbol: Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the graphic symbol, Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the graphic symbol, Fig. 3 shows the third variation of the graphic symbol, Fig. 4 shows the fourth variation of the graphic symbol, Fig. 5 shows the fifth variation of the graphic symbol, and Fig. 6 shows the sixth variation of the graphic symbol. The graphic symbol in the first version, shown in Fig. 1, is made on a white background and consists of a gold graphic element in the form of a circle with stylized letters M and W inside, separated by a vertical line from the inscription MENNICA POLSKA situated in two lines, written in small capitals, in a two-element serif script, with the vertical line and the inscription being written in green. The graphic mark in the second variant, shown in Fig. 2, is identical to the graphic mark in the first variant, shown in Fig. 1, whereby the graphic element in the form of a circle with stylized letters M and W placed inside is made in green.2 The graphic mark in the third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is made on a green background and consists of a gold graphic element in the form of a circle with stylized letters M and W placed inside, separated by a vertical line from the inscription MENNICA POLSKA situated in two lines, written in small capitals, in a two-element serif script, whereby the vertical line and the inscription are written in white. The fourth version of the graphic mark, shown in Fig. 4, is identical to the third version, shown in Fig. 3, where the graphic element in the form of a circle with the stylized letters M and W inside is white. The fifth version of the graphic mark, shown in Fig. 5, is on a white background and consists of a gold graphic element in the form of a circle with the stylized letters M and W inside, separated by a vertical line from the inscription MENNICA POLSKA, set in two lines in small caps, in two-element serif script, with the vertical line and the inscription being gold. The sixth version of the graphic mark, shown in Fig. 6, is on a gold background, and the graphic element, the vertical line, and the inscription MENNICA POLSKA are all white. An important feature of the industrial design representing a graphic sign is a graphic element in the form of a circle with stylized letters M and W placed inside, separated by a vertical line from the inscription MENNICA POLSKA placed in two lines, written in small capitals, in a two-element serif script, the sign being made in individual variants in the colors white-gold-green, white-green and white-gold.
