Znak graficzny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowany jako logo firmy na budynkach, pojazdach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, oraz materialach promocyjnych i reklamowych, kopertach, wizytówkach, a takze stronach internetowych i wykorzystywany w dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac znaku graficznego, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym liternictwie i kolorystyce. Jest koloru bialego, zostala umieszczona w kole na cieniowanym zólto-pomaranczowym tle oraz przechylona nieco w lewo, co u patrzacego na logo natychmiast wywoluje skojarzenie z bezpieczenstwem w Internecie. Poza tym, sygnet zapisano wieksza czcionka, niz czesc liternicza. Kolorystyka slowa „secure", umieszczonego w jednym ciagu z sygnetem, utrzymana jest w tonacji granatowo-blekitnej. Litery sa cieniowane od jasnoniebieskiego blekitu u dolu i góry kazdej litery do granatu posrodku kazdej z nich. Sygnet i czesc liternicza wykonane sa tym samym typem czcionki. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego minuskulowe litery, tworzace napis „esecure", rozmieszczone sa na prostokatnym czarnym tle, przy czym pierwsza litera- sygnet „e" rózni sie kolorystyka, stylistyka i wielkoscia czcionki od liter pozostalych. Jest koloru czarnego, zostala umieszczona w kole na cieniowanym zólto-pomaranczowym tle oraz przechylona nieco w lewo. Sygnet zapisano wieksza czcionka, niz czesc liternicza. Kolorystyka slowa „secure", umieszczonego w jednym ciagu z sygnetem, utrzymana jest w tonacji bialo-szarej. According to the industrial design, the figurative mark can be used as a company logo on buildings, vehicles, documents and other office supplies, as well as promotional and advertising materials, envelopes, business cards, and websites, and can be used in the company's operations. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the figurative mark, manifested in its original lettering and color scheme. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the figurative mark in the first color variant, consisting of a signet and a lettering element on a light background, while Fig. 2 shows a general view of the figurative mark in the second color variant on a dark background. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The industrial design is a new, distinctive form of a figurative mark, characterized by the fact that in the first version, minuscule letters forming the inscription "esecure" are arranged on a rectangular white background, with the first letter – the "e" signet ring – differing in color, style, and font size from the other letters. It is white, placed in a circle on a shaded yellow-orange background, and tilted slightly to the left, which immediately evokes associations with online security for the viewer. Furthermore, the signet ring is written in a larger font than the lettering. The color scheme of the word "secure," placed in a single sequence with the signet ring, is navy blue. The letters are shaded from light blue at the bottom and top of each letter to navy blue in the center. The signet and the lettering are made in the same font. In the second version of the industrial design, the minuscule letters forming the inscription "esecure" are arranged on a rectangular black background, with the first letter – the signet "e" – differing in color, style, and font size from the other letters. It is black, placed in a circle on a shaded yellow-orange background, and tilted slightly to the left. The signet is written in a larger font than the lettering. The word "secure," placed in a single line with the signet, is colored in white and gray. The letters are shaded from white at the bottom and top of each letter to light gray in the center of each.
