Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przedsiebiorstwa, na przyklad przez publikowanie w witrynach internetowych oraz umieszczanie na dokumentach, przedmiotach i wydawnictwach firmowych dotyczacych zagadnien gospodarki wodami opadowymi. Nowa i oryginalna postac znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawia sie w cechach linii, ksztaltu i kolorystyce elementu graficznego oraz jego kompozycji z elementami slownymi, które równiez cechuje oryginalne liternictwo i kolorystyka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym widok ogólny znaku graficznego. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w odmianach na fig. 1 do fig. 5, pokazanych na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 1, element graficzny znaku w kolorze czarno bialym, stanowi konturowo zarysowany budynek, obwiedziony niepelna owalna ramka o podwójnym konturze, a wewnatrz konturu budynku jest umieszczony ksztalt odwzorowujacy krople wody. Obok, na bialym tle, jest umieszczone wyrazenie slowne „wodaznieba.pl", napisane lacznie drukowana mala podwójna konturowa czcionka w kolorze czarnym. Odmiany znaku graficznego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 5, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 2, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „wodaznieba.pl", maja wypelniony kolorem czarnym kontur i sa umieszczone na bialym tle. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 3, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „wodaznieba.pl", maja wypelniony kolorem bialym kontur i sa umieszczone na czarnym tle. W czwartej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 4, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „wodaznieba.pl", maja kontur wypelniony kolorem w odcieniach szarosci i sa umieszczone na bialym tle, przy czym slowa: „woda", „nieba" oraz ramka maja ciemniejszy odcien koloru szarego. W piatej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego, pokazanej na fig. 5, element graficzny i wyrazenie slowne „wodaznieba.pl", maja kontur wypelniony kolorem niebieskim i jego jasniejszym odcieniem i sa umieszczone na bialym tle, przy czym slowa: „woda", „nieba" oraz ramka maja kolor niebieski. The new and original form of the graphic symbol based on the industrial design is manifested in the line, shape, and color characteristics of the graphic element and its composition with verbal elements, which also feature original lettering and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which presents a general view of the graphic symbol. The graphic symbol based on the industrial design is presented in its variations in Figures 1 to 5, shown in the attached illustration. In the first variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, the graphic element of the mark in black and white is a contoured building surrounded by an incomplete oval frame with a double contour, and inside the building contour is a shape resembling a drop of water. Next to it, on a white background, is the word expression "wodaznieba.pl," written together in small, double contour font in black. The variants of the graphic mark, shown in individual figures 2 to 5, have the features described above, but differ in color. In the second variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 2, the graphic element and the word expression "wodaznieba.pl" have a black-filled outline and are placed on a white background. In the third variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 3, the graphic element and the word expression "wodaznieba.pl" have an outline filled with white and are placed on a black background. In the fourth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, the graphic element and the word expression "wodaznieba.pl" have an outline filled with shades of grey and are placed on a white background, with the words "woda", "nieba" and the frame being a darker shade of grey. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, the graphic element and the word expression "wodaznieba.pl" have an outline filled with blue and its lighter shade and are placed on a white background, with the words "woda", "nieba" and the frame being blue.
