PL 23636 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest logo, przeznaczone do identyfikacji dzialalnosci przed- siebiorstwa przez umieszczanie tego oznaczenia w postaci nadruków, naklejek i innych technik, na oslonach przeciwslonecznych w rodzaju rolet materialowych lub papierowych oraz zaluzji metalowych lub drewnianych, ich opakowaniach, katalogach, tablicach, dokumentach, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych, a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów i uslug sprze- dazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem Internetu. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac logo przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie liternictwa oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w odmianach kolorystycznych na fig. 1 do fig. 8. W odmianie pierwszej, logo stanowi nazwa „DROMA", wykonana czcionka fantazyjna a kazda litera ma jedna krawedziowa czesc ukosnie sfazowana i wysunieta poza obrys, a ponadto w literach D, R, O oraz A ma szczeline w konturze litery, w slowie „DROMA" litery sa duze, a wypelnienie kontu- ru kazdej z liter jest dwukolorowe, i ma kolor ciemnoniebieski oraz jasnoniebieski. Nazwa umieszczo- na jest na bialym tle, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Odmiany logo, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 8, posiadaja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. W odmianie drugiej na fig. 2, ponizej nazwy „DROMA" umieszczony jest napis „Sunshade experts" w kolorze ciemnoniebieskim. W odmianie trzeciej na fig. 3, dwukolorowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor ciemnoniebieski oraz jasnoczerwony. W odmianie czwartej na fig. 4, dwukolo- rowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor ciemnoniebieski oraz jasnoczerwony, a ponizej na- zwy „DROMA" umieszczony jest napis „Sunshade experts" w kolorze jasnoczerwonym. W odmianie piatej na fig. 5, dwukolorowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor czarny oraz jasnoszary. W odmianie szóstej na fig. 6, dwukolorowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor czarny oraz jasnoszary, a ponizej nazwy „DROMA" umieszczony jest napis „Sunshade experts" w kolorze czar- nym. W odmianie siódmej na fig. 7, dwukolorowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor jasno- czerwony oraz jasnokoralowy. W odmianie ósmej na fig. 8, dwukolorowe wypelnienie konturu kazdej z liter ma kolor jasnoczerwony oraz jasnokoralowy, a ponizej nazwy „DROMA" umieszczony jest napis „Sunshade experts" w kolorze jasnoczerwonym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze logo stanowi nazwa „DROMA" lub „DROMA Sunshade experts", a w nazwie DROMA kazda litera jest dwukolorowa oraz ma jedna krawedziowa czesc ukosnie sfazowana i wysunieta poza obrys, ponadto litery D, R, O oraz A w nazwie DROMA maja nieciagly kontur. PL 23636 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23636 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PLPL 23636 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a logo, intended to identify the company's activities by placing this marking in the form of prints, stickers and other techniques, on sun protection such as fabric or paper blinds and metal or wooden blinds, their packaging, catalogues, boards, documents, promotional items and gifts, as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of the offered products and sales services, including those conducted via the Internet. The essence of the design is the new form of the logo manifested in the shape of the lettering and colours. The subject of the design is presented in colour versions in fig. 1 to fig. 8. In the first version, the logo is the name "DROMA", made in a fancy font and each letter has one edge part diagonally bevelled and protruding beyond the outline, and in addition in the letters D, R, O and A there is a gap in the outline of the letter, in the word "DROMA" the letters are large, and the filling of the outline of each of the letters is two-coloured, in dark blue and light blue. The name is placed on a white background, as shown in fig. 1. The logo versions, presented in individual figures from 2 to 8, have the features described above, but they differ in colour. In the second version in fig. 2, below the name "DROMA" there is the inscription "Sunshade experts" in dark blue. In the third variation in Fig. 3, the two-colored filling of the outline of each letter is dark blue and light red. In the fourth variation in Fig. 4, the two-colored filling of the outline of each letter is dark blue and light red, and below the name "DROMA" is the inscription "Sunshade experts" in light red. In the fifth variation in Fig. 5, the two-colored filling of the outline of each letter is black and light gray. In the sixth variation in Fig. 6, the two-colored filling of the outline of each letter is black and light gray, and below the name "DROMA" is the inscription "Sunshade experts" in black. In the seventh variation in Fig. 7, the two-colored filling of the outline of each letter is light red and light coral. In the eighth variation in fig. 8, the two-colour filling of the outline of each letter is light red and light coral, and below the name "DROMA" there is the inscription "Sunshade experts" in light red. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the logo is the name "DROMA" or "DROMA Sunshade experts", and in the name DROMA each letter is two-coloured and has one edge part diagonally bevelled and protruding beyond the outline, furthermore the letters D, R, O and A in the name DROMA have a discontinuous outline.
