Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do identyfikacji dzialal- nosci handlowej przedsiebiorstwa oraz oznaczania produktów przez umieszczanie tego znaku w po- staci nadruków, naklejek i innych technik bezposrednio na produktach, zawieszkach, opakowaniach papierowych, torbach foliowych, przedmiotach i upominkach reklamowych oraz na dokumentach i publikacjach a takze w innych formach promocji i marketingu oferowanych produktów oraz uslug sprzedazy, w tym prowadzonych za posrednictwem internetu. Nowa i oryginalna postac znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przejawia sie w ce- chach linii, ksztaltu i kolorystyce elementu graficznego oraz jego kompozycji z elementami slownymi, które równiez cechuje oryginalne liternictwo i kolorystyka. Kontur wstegi tworzy potrójny uklad linii, w którym linie wewnetrzna i zewnetrzna sa w kolorze zielonym a linia srod- kowa w kolorze czerwonym. Ilustracja wzoruPL 22000 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a graphic sign, intended to identify the commercial activity of the company and mark products by placing this sign in the form of prints, stickers and other techniques directly on products, tags, paper packaging, plastic bags, advertising items and gifts and on documents and publications as well as in other forms of promotion and marketing of offered products and sales services, including those conducted via the Internet. The new and original form of the graphic sign according to the industrial design is manifested in the features of the line, shape and colour scheme of the graphic element and its composition with word elements, which are also characterised by original lettering and colour scheme. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material, presenting a general view of the graphic sign. The graphic sign according to the industrial design is presented in the variants in fig. 1 to fig. 10, shown in the attached illustrative material. In the first variant of the industrial design, shown in fig. 1, the graphic element of the sign is a contoured ribbon with a shadow line, with a red fill, on which the inscription Złota Dolina is placed, written in bold white printed font. The outline of the ribbon is formed by a triple arrangement of lines, in which the inner and outer lines are in green and the middle line is in red. In addition, the ribbon is placed on the background of an oval frame with a yellow fill so that it partially covers it, and the edges of which with a triple arrangement of lines form the inner and outer lines in green and the middle line in the frame background color - yellow. In the upper part of the frame there are three graphic elements in gold, resembling stars. The graphic symbol versions, shown in individual figures from 2 to 10, have the features described above, but they differ in colour. In the second version of the industrial design, shown in fig. 2, the inner and outer lines in the ribbon contour are in gold and the middle line in yellow. On the other hand, the edges of the frame with a triple line arrangement form the inner and outer lines in gold and the middle line in yellow. In the third version of the industrial design, shown in fig. 3, the inner and outer lines in the ribbon contour are in gold and the middle line in yellow. In turn, the edges of the frame with a light green fill create inner and outer lines in gold and a center line in light green. In the fourth version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 4, the edges of the frame with a light green fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a center line in light green. In the fifth version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 5, the contoured ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in a printed font, the outline of which is gold and the fill is gray, while in the outline of the ribbon the center line is yellow. In turn, the edges of the frame with the red fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a red center line. In the sixth version of the industrial design, shown in fig. 6, the contoured ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in a printed font, the outline of which is gold and filled with red, while in the outline of the ribbon the center line is yellow. In turn, the edges of the frame with the red fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a red center line. In the seventh version of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 7, the outlined ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in a printed font, the outline of which is gold and the fill is dark blue, while in the outline of the ribbon the center line is yellow. On the other hand, the edges of the frame with a red fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a center line in red. In the eighth version of the industrial design, shown in fig. 8, the contoured ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in printed font in gold, while the center line in the ribbon contour is yellow.PL 22000 3 On the other hand, the edges of the frame with a light blue fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a center line in light blue. In the ninth version of the industrial design, shown in fig. 9, the contoured ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in printed font, the outline of which is gold and the fill is red, while the center line in the ribbon contour is yellow. In turn, the edges of the frame with a light blue fill create inner and outer lines in dark green and a center line in light blue. In the tenth variation of the industrial design, shown in fig. 10, the contoured ribbon has a yellow fill, and the inscription Złota Dolina is written in a printed font, the outline of which has a gold color and a red fill, while in the outline of the ribbon the center line is yellow. In turn, the edges of the frame with a light blue fill create inner and outer lines in red and a center line in light blue. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the name "Złota Dolina" is written in a fancy printed font and is located inside a contoured ribbon, whereby the ribbon is placed against the background of an oval frame so that it partially obscures it.
