The essence of an industrial design is the verbal and graphic composition of the label, which visually impacts the recipients of goods and services, linking them to the manufacturing, service, and commercial activities of the Applicant's company. The first label variant, as shown in Fig. 2, is a label whose essential industrial design features are characterized by the ring surface and the adjacent rectangular surface having outer and inner edges marked with a double line—an outline, the gap of which is white. The colors of the component surfaces of the label elements and the inscriptions on it are identical to those on the label shown in Fig. 8. The second variant of the label as in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is a label whose essential industrial design features are characterized by the fact that it contains a rectangular surface adjacent to the front surface of the ring. On the rectangular surface there is a set of words "CAMDEN TOWN", written in simple, capital letters, with a thick line. The colouring of the ring, rectangle and letter surfaces is identical to the variant, reproduced in Fig. 8. The second variant of the label is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 4 and in the illustrative material Fig. 10. The third variant of the label as in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a label of a graphic nature, the essential features of which of an industrial design are characterised by the fact that it contains a rectangular surface adjacent to the front surface of the blue ring. The ring is red, as shown in the drawing Fig. 5 and in the illustrative material Fig. 11. The fourth variant of the label as in Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 is a label whose essential features of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that it consists of a rectangular surface with the word set "CAMDEN TOWN" placed on its surface, with the colors and typeface as in Fig. 8. The fourth variant is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6 and in the illustrative material Fig. 12. The label according to the industrial design, having a very suggestive plastic composition, is used very effectively in the sphere of marketing, in the marking of jewelry, various types of personal jewelry, leather goods, travel bags, clothing made of natural and artificial materials. Moreover, the label's artistic composition is used for marking services, promoting entertainment, arcades, and entertainment programs. The arrangement of the label's components creates a wide range of display options, from billboards to smaller displays such as gadgets. Industrial-style labels, representing the names of company stores, which, in addition to retail, showcase new products and youth fashion trends, have a very effective impact on recipients. The label can be made from a variety of materials and in various sizes, fulfilling the hallmarks of universality.
