ETYKIETA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 25.06.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta przeznaczona, zwlaszcza do puszkowych i sloikowych opakowan herbaty. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowe i oryginalne rozwiazanie calej powierzchni etykiety przejawiajace sie w wystroju graficznym , ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Etykieta wedlug wzoru zdobniczego nie tylko posiada walory informujace i uzytkowe, ale, równiez, zmierza do osiagniecia celów estetycznych, co wyraza sie zarówno w kolorystyce, jak i rozwiazaniu graficznym. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia wystrój graficzny etykiety. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - odmiane tej etykiety i fig. 3 -kolejna odmiane etykiety , równiez w widoku od czola.Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt poziomo usytuowanego prostokata, co umozliwia jej wykorzystanie do opakowan walcowych i kartonowych. Górna czesc etykiety stanowi bezowo -zlocisty, poziomo biegnacy pas, który, w srodkowej czesci etykiety przechodzi stopniowo w pas zielony, a w dolnej czesci przechodzi w pas 0 kolorze czarnym. W centralnej czesci poziomego, prostokatnego pasa usytuowany jest napis „GOED" pisany duzymi, stylizowanymi graficznie literami w kolorze bialym na tle poziomo usytuowanej elipsy w kolorze czerwonym, a pod nim napis „Kawa rozpuszczalna" pisany literami przypominajacymi pismo kaligraficzne. PL PLLABEL The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since June 25, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a label intended, particularly for tea packaging in tins and jars. The essence of an ornamental design is a new and original solution for the entire label surface, manifested in the graphic design, line layout, and color scheme. A label based on an ornamental design not only has informative and functional value but also aims to achieve aesthetic goals, which is expressed in both the color scheme and the graphic design. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows the label's graphic design. The design is shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 shows the label from the front, Fig. 2 - a variation of this label, and Fig. 3 - another variation of the label, also from the front. The label, according to the design, is shaped like a horizontal rectangle, which allows it to be used for cylindrical and cardboard packaging. The upper part of the label is a beige and gold horizontal stripe, which gradually changes into a green stripe in the middle of the label, and in the lower part it turns into a black stripe. In the center of the horizontal, rectangular stripe is the inscription "GOED" written in large, graphically stylized white letters against a horizontally positioned red ellipse, and below it is the inscription "Instant Coffee" written in calligraphically styled letters. The ellipse is surrounded by a gold stripe, which at the bottom merges into a ribbon, and at the top widens to form a red buckle with the gold inscription "ASTRA." Advertising inscriptions are printed on the ribbon: the ribbon is black on the stripe, and the ribbon is white with black borders. The ellipse, along with the inscriptions, the stripe, and the ribbon, is graphically styled to resemble a medal, with informational and advertising inscriptions on both sides. In addition, a white coffee cup with a red rose on a saucer is located in the center of the ribbon. A variation of the label, based on the design, is a horizontally oriented rectangle. The upper part of the label is a horizontal red stripe, which gradually changes color from red to reddish-brown towards the bottom, before turning brown at the bottom. In the central part of the horizontal, rectangular stripe is the inscription "ESPRESSO" written in large, graphically stylized white letters against a horizontal red ellipse. Below the inscription "ESPRESSO" are the words "Instant coffee" written in lowercase letters, resembling calligraphic letters in their graphic style. The ellipse is surrounded by a gold stripe, which at the bottom turns into a ribbon, and at the top widens to form a red buckle with the gold inscription "ASTRA". Advertising inscriptions are on the stripe and ribbon: in black on the belt, and in white on the ribbon with black borders. The ellipse shown is the dominant decorative element of the label variation based on the template. Together with the inscriptions, the stripe, and the ribbon are graphically stylized to resemble a medal, flanked by informational and advertising inscriptions. Furthermore, the center of the ribbon features a white coffee cup on a saucer with a red rose. Another variation of the label based on the template is a stripe label in the shape of a horizontally oriented rectangle. The upper part of the label is a black and white stripe running horizontally along the label, with the upper part being grey and white and gradually moving downwards through an intermediate grey and black colour to black at the bottom of the stripe. In the central part of the horizontal, rectangular stripe is the inscription "CLASSIC" written in large, stylised white letters against a red ellipse. Below the inscription "CLASSIC" are the words "Instant coffee" written in lowercase letters reminiscent of the graphic style of calligraphic writing. The red ellipse is surrounded by a gold stripe, which turns into a ribbon at the bottom and widens at the top to form a red buckle with the gold inscription "ASTRA". There are advertising inscriptions on the stripe and ribbon: on the belt they are black, and on the ribbon they are white with black borders. The ellipse shown is the dominant decorative element of the next label variation, following the pattern. Together with the lettering, stripe, and ribbon, it is graphically stylized to resemble a medal, with informational and advertising text on both sides. Furthermore, a coffee cup on a white saucer with a red rose is positioned in the center of the ribbon.
