The subject of the ornamental design is a label intended, particularly, for cardboard tea packaging. The essence of an ornamental design is a new and original solution for the entire label surface, manifested in the graphic design, line layout, and color scheme. A label based on the ornamental design not only has informational and functional value but also aims to achieve aesthetic goals, which is expressed in both the color scheme and the graphic design. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, which shows the graphic design of the label. A label based on the design is characterized by the graphic design of all the packaging walls: the front wall, back wall, side walls, top wall, and bottom wall. The front and back panels of the label are characterized by a wide black stripe placed vertically on a green background. At the top of the black stripes is a vertical ellipse, graphically stylized to resemble a medal. Its outer rim is a colorful ornament made of gold and blue lines, with the inner surface of the ellipse colored white and , while the central part of the ellipse is a concentric smaller black ellipse with a yellow ellipsoidal line located near the peripheral, outer part of the black ellipse. Inside the black ellipse is the inscription "N°8" in gold in large, graphically stylized block letters. Above a smaller black ellipse, on a white background, there is the inscription "Mieszanka herbat" (tea mixture), and below this ellipse the inscription "czarny afrikanskich" (black African) written in small, printed, stylised graphic letters, the height of the letters of this inscription being more than half the height of the letters of the word "Mieszanka herbat" (tea mixture), and the letters of these latter words being almost half the height of the letters of the inscription No. 8. On the front and back walls of the label, against the background of the lower part of the black stripe, below the aforementioned ellipses, there are the trademarks: the inscription "ASTRA", a horizontally positioned ellipse with the letter P and its mirror image with a transverse stripe and the inscription KAWA & HERBATA (COFFEE & HERBATA) placed in a semicircle below this ellipse, the letters of the word "ASTRA", the ellipse and the remaining letters being gold, and the background of the ellipse being red. The side walls of the label according to the pattern are green and contain: one side wall contains a repeated manufacturer's logo and words describing the tea brewing method, and the other side wall contains a repeated inscription "Tea Blend No. 8" with advertising inscriptions. The upper wall also contains the inscription "Tea Blend No. 8" and the lower wall contains an advertising coupon. A variation of the label according to the pattern is a label whose characteristic feature on its front and back walls is a wide black stripe placed vertically on a brown background. In the upper parts of the black stripes there is a horizontally positioned ellipse, graphically stylized in the shape of a medal, the outer rim of which is a colored ornament made of gold and blue lines, the inner surface of the ellipse being white and , wherein the central part of the ellipse is a concentrically located smaller ellipse in black with a yellow ellipsoidal line located near the peripheral, outer part of the black ellipse. The side walls of the label, according to the pattern, are made in brown and contain: one of the side walls: a repeated manufacturer's logo and words describing the tea brewing method, and the other side wall: a repeated inscription "Mix of teas N°ll" with advertising inscriptions.
