Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie suplementu diety przeznaczone do oznaczania jako opakowanie jednostkowe. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i oryginalna game kolorystyczna. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach w widoku ogólnym, gdzie: Fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete na opakowania, Fig.2 przedstawia opakowanie z etykieta, Na Fig.1 uwidoczniona jest etykieta opakowania posiadajaca prostokatny zarys o cieniowanym tle w kolorze zólto-bezowym. Etykieta ma obramowanie liniowe w kolorze pomaranczowym oraz w postaci linii przerywanej w kolorze niebieskim. W górnej czesci etykiety uwidoczniony jest fantazyjny rysunek zabki w kolorach: zielonym, bialym, czerwonym, niebieskim i zóltym. W czesci centralnej etykiety jest napis : „zabka" o zielonym kolorze liter oraz napis: „buba" o cieniowanym, czerwonym kolorze liter. Pomiedzy tymi napisami jest umieszczony napis „Suplement diety" w kolorze zielonym. Przy dolnym obrzezu etykiety umieszczony jest napis: „Zelki dla dzieci" o zielonym kolorze liter. Po obu stronach rysunku zabki i napisów umieszczone sa na kolorowych okraglych obszarach, o srednicach zwiekszajacych sie kudolowi, litery stanowiace nazwy witamin w kolorze bialym. Widoczne sa litery: B12, C, D, PP, E, B6, A. Okragle obszar z nazwami witamin maja kolory: czerwony, zielony, niebieski, szary i brazowy. Ponadto na etykiecie sa napisy odnosnie zalecanej do spozycia dziennej porcji, skladu surowcowego, skladu zalecanej dziennej porcji, ostrzezenia i stosowne informacje o producencie. Fig.2 przedstawia opakowanie z etykieta opakowania, gdzie opakowanie stanowi pojemnik w kolorze zielonym z nakretka w kolorze czerwonym. Pojemnik ma w przekroju poprzecznym zarys czworokata o mocno zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym pojemnik ma wszystkie naroza boczne i górne mocno wyokraglone. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and an original color palette. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs in a general view, where: Fig. 1 shows the packaging label; Fig. 2 shows the packaging with the label; Fig. 1 shows the packaging label with a rectangular outline on a shaded yellow-beige background. The label has a linear border in orange and a dashed blue line. The upper part of the label features a fanciful drawing of a frog in green, white, red, blue, and yellow. In the central part of the label is the inscription "zabka" in green letters and the inscription "buba" in shaded red letters. Between these inscriptions is the inscription "Dietary supplement" in green. At the bottom edge of the label is the inscription "Jelly beans for children" in green letters. On both sides of the drawing, the frogs and inscriptions are placed in colored circular areas, with diameters increasing with age, the letters representing the names of vitamins in white. The letters B12, C, D, PP, E, B6, A are visible. The circular areas with the names of vitamins are colored red, green, blue, gray, and brown. In addition, the label contains inscriptions regarding the recommended daily dose, the raw material composition, the composition of the recommended daily dose, warnings, and relevant information about the manufacturer. Fig. 2 shows the packaging with the packaging label, where the packaging is a green container with a red cap. The container has a cross-sectional outline of a quadrangle with strongly rounded corners, with all side and top corners being strongly rounded.
