Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka, przeznaczona do przesylania lub do bezposredniego ofiarowywania z okazji bardzo waznego momentu zyciu rodzinnym jest pojawienie sie nowego czlonka rodziny. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu, z tworzyw sztucznych i z materialów tekstylnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l- ilustruje karte z zyczeniami w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - pokazuje karte w stanie rozlozonym, zas fig.3 - uwidacznia karte w pozycji stojacej, w widoku z tylu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zobrazowany takze na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.4 - pokazujacym karte w widoku od frontu. Karta z zyczeniami z okazji narodzin dziecka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego po bokach, tworzac forme karnetu o zachodzacych na siebie bokach. Powierzchnia karty jest ozdobiona rysunkami i fantazyjnyminapisami, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do narodzin dziecka i pierwszych jego chwil na swiecie. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na fotografiach, fig.l, fig.2, fig.3 i na rysunku, fig.4 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze do scianki frontowej kart y 1 sa przymocowane skarpetki 2 przeznaczone dla noworodka. Rozmiar skarpetek 2 odpowiada wielkosci nózki noworodka.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a greeting card for the birth of a child, intended for sending or giving directly to a loved one on the occasion of a significant milestone in family life – the arrival of a new family member. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The greeting card for the birth of a child can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, plastics, or textiles. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, where Fig. 1 illustrates the greeting card from the front, Fig. 2 shows the card unfolded, and Fig. 3 shows the card in an upright position, viewed from the back. The industrial design is also illustrated in the attached drawing, Fig. 4, which shows the card from the front. The birth greeting card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made from a single sheet of cardboard, bent at the sides, creating the form of a card with overlapping sides. The card surface is decorated with drawings and fanciful inscriptions, alluding to the birth of the child and its first moments in the world. Among the significant features of the industrial design, presented in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, are socks 2, intended for the newborn, attached to the front wall of the card y 1.
