Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karnet urodzinowy z wymienna rocznica, uzywany do przesylania zyczen urodzinowych lub do bezposredniego skladania zyczen urodzinowych. Dzieki mozliwosc umieszczania dowolnej daty, karnet jest uniwersalny. Nadaje sie do wysylania i skladania zyczen osobom w róznym wieku. ^ Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Karnet urodzinowy z wymienna rocznica moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Karnet urodzinowy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany z jednego arkusza kartonu, zgietego posrodku, tworzac forme okladki. Jego frontowa powierzchnia jest ozdobiona rysunkami i fantazyjnymi napisami, nawiazujacymi w swej tresci do rocznicy urodzin. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, pokazanego na fotografii, fig.l, fig.2 oraz na rysunku, fig.5, fig.7 i fig.8 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze na sciance frontowej 1 karnetu znajduje sie ozdobne pole 2. Thanks to the ability to include any date, the card is universal. It is suitable for sending and sending wishes to people of all ages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The birthday card with an interchangeable anniversary can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 illustrates the insert of a birthday card with marked numbers, variant 1, fig. 2 - the card in a front view, variant 1, fig. 3 - shows the insert of a special occasion card with numbers, variant 2, while fig. 4 - shows the card in a general view, variant 2. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 5 - shows the card in a general view, variant 1, fig. 6 - the card in a general view, variant 2, fig. 7 - the card in an interior view, and fig. 8 - shows the card insert. The birthday card, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of a single sheet of cardboard, folded in the middle, creating the form of a cover. Its front surface is decorated with drawings and fanciful inscriptions, alluding to the birthday anniversary. Among the significant features of industrial design variant 1, shown in photograph (Fig. 1), (Fig. 2), and drawing (Fig. 5), (Fig. 7), and (Fig. 8), is a decorative field (2) on front wall 1 of the card. In decorative field 2, on the surface of front wall 1, cards are arranged at the top and bottom of slots (3). Cards (4) with numbers are embedded in slots (3) using protrusions. Cards (4) with the corresponding numbers are cut from insert sheet (6), which is part of the birthday card. The surface of insert (6) is divided into rectangular fields (7) with protrusions (5) at the top and bottom. Rectangular fields 7 contain pairs of decorative numerals from 0 to 9, resembling the color and character of decorative field 2 of the card. Significant features of the industrial design, variant 2, shown in photographs (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) and drawings (Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8), include decorative field 2 on front wall 1 of the card. In decorative field 2, on the surface of front wall 1, cards are arranged at the top and bottom of slot 3. Small cards 4 with numbers are embedded in slots 3 using protrusions (5). Small cards 4 with the corresponding numbers are cut from the sheet of insert 6, which is part of the birthday card. The surface of insert 6 is divided into rectangular fields 7 with protrusions (5) at the top and bottom. In rectangular fields 7, decorative numbers from 0 to 9 are placed in pairs, resembling the color and character of the decorative field 2 of the card.
