Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie do napoju. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania do napoju przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania do napoju w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2.1 - druga odmiane opakowania do napoju w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2.2 -druga odmiane opakowania do napoju w widoku perspektywicznym po obróceniu o 90°. Opakowanie do napoju wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac kartonowego pudelka. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka sa uksztaltowanefantazyjne wklesniecia naprzemiennie majace krawedz lukowa i krawedz prosta dochodzace do wierzcholków obu podstaw pudelka, a boki pudelka pomiedzy wklesnieciami sa wypukle. W drugiej odmianie wzoru opakowanie do napoju ma postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka sa uksztaltowane splaszczenia ograniczone po obu stronach liniami lukowymi, a boki pudelka pomiedzy tymi splaszczeniami sa wypukle. Istotnymi cechami pierwszej odmiany wzoru opakowania do napoju jest to, ze ma ono postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka sa uksztaltowane fantazyjne wklesniecia naprzemiennie majace krawedz lukowa i krawedz prosta dochodzace do wierzcholków obu podstaw pudelka, a boki pudelka pomiedzy wklesnieciami sa wypukle, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Istotnymi cechami drugiej odmiany wzoru opakowania do napoju jest to, ze ma ono postac pudelka o ksztalcie zblizonym do smuklego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej, przy czym wzdluz kazdej z bocznych krawedzi pudelka sa uksztaltowane splaszczenia ograniczone po obu stronach liniami lukowymi, a boki pudelka pomiedzy tymi splaszczeniami sa wypukle, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2.1-2.2.Fig. 1 Fig. 2.1Fig. 1Fig. 2.1Fig. 2.2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beverage packaging. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of beverage packaging, manifested in shape, line layout, and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the beverage packaging in a perspective view, Fig. 2.1 - the second variant of the beverage packaging in a perspective view, and Fig. 2.2 - the second variant of the beverage packaging in a perspective view after being rotated 90°. The beverage packaging according to the industrial design is in the form of a cardboard box. In the first design variant, the beverage packaging takes the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a rectangular base, wherein each of the box's side edges is formed with fanciful concavities alternating between arcuate and straight edges, reaching the apexes of both box bases, and the box's sides between the concavities are convex. In the second design variant, the beverage packaging takes the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a rectangular base, wherein each of the box's side edges is formed with flattenings bounded on both sides by arcing lines, and the box's sides between these flattenings are convex. The essential features of the first variant of the beverage packaging design are that it has the form of a box with a shape similar to a slender cuboid with a rectangular base, whereby along each of the side edges of the box there are shaped fancy concavities alternating between the concavities having an arcuate edge and a straight edge reaching the tops of both bases of the box, and the sides of the box between the concavities are convex, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1.
