Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt, zwlaszcza na butelki z napojami, w postaci kartonowej listwy zaopatrzonej w wyciecia otworów i nakladanej na szyjki butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kartonowego uchwytu na butelki przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie przestrzennym, w proporcjach plaszczyzn skladajacych sie na ten ksztalt, oraz w uformowaniu czesci przyleglych do wyciec otworów tego uchwytu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach przedstawiajacych uchwyt na butelki w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 1 przedstawia ten uchwyt w postaci kartonowej listwy zlozonej na plasko i widocznej od strony przedniej, fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w postaci kartonowej listwy zlozonej na plasko i widocznej od strony tylnej, fig. 3 przedstawia uchwyt w postaci kartonowej listwy uformowanej przestrzennie i widocznej od strony przedniej. Wzór przemyslowy uchwytu na butelki charakterysty- czny tym, ze wykonany z kartonu i uformowany w ksztalt przestrzenny listwy zaopatrzonej w wyciecia otworów zawiera plaszczyzny trzech scianek bocznych i czwartej scianki: lica, gdzie kazde z wyciec otworów w plaszczyznie lica jest zaopatrzone w cztery naciecia formujace ksztalt przyleglych do tego wyciecia i symetrycznych wzgledem siebie dwóch czesci, wyodrebnionych z plaszczyzny lica za pomoca linii zagniecen uksztaltowanych w dwa luki zwrócone ku sobie cieciwami, tak jak to przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach. PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 7, 2001. The industrial design is a holder, particularly for beverage bottles, in the form of a cardboard strip with cutouts and placed over the necks of bottles. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cardboard bottle holder, manifested in its spatial shape, the proportions of the planes comprising this shape, and the formation of the parts adjacent to the cutouts. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which depict the bottle holder in a perspective view; Fig. 1 shows this holder in the form of a cardboard strip folded flat and visible from the front; Fig. 2 shows the holder in the form of a cardboard strip folded flat and visible from the back; Fig. 3 shows the holder in the form of a three-dimensionally formed cardboard strip visible from the front. The industrial design of the bottle holder is characterized in that it is made of cardboard and formed into a three-dimensional strip with cutouts for openings, comprising three sidewalls and a fourth wall: the face, where each of the cutouts for openings in the face plane is provided with four notches forming the shape of two parts adjacent to this cutout and symmetrical with respect to each other, separated from the face plane by creased lines formed into two arcs with chords facing each other, as shown in the attached illustrations.
